Best Bathroom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

We had a complete kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout the house and a new half bath remodel.

We recently used Stellar for a complete bathroom remodel, and it was a fabulous experience. I can not emphasize enough how wonderful these folks are! Stellar is a family run company who take great pride in their work. From the moment we walked into the showroom to the last day of the project (which was completed on time) Jeff was amazing. His attention to every detail, helpful hints on how to improve our space and advice on cabinetry and counters was spot on! Jeff kept us in the loop during the entire process, and if I had question… he responded back immediately! I can’t say enough good things about the company. I love my new shower. Cody Logan was my installer. Such a hard worker and he did everything so perfectly.

They refinished 2 grime-stained tubs with surrounds. The grime soaked through, so they had to come a second time. They did so with no problems at all. The tubs now look brand new! I recommend them without hesitation.

If your looking for a high pressure sales person who bad mouths the competition and talks very badly about others this is your company. We chose to go with another company for many reasons, they didn’t bad mouth there competitors, the cost was substantially less and overall were a better company. Finally we had to throw the guy out of our home. He insulted my wife by not understanding we were getting many quotes and we made it clear we don’t do business with people like him. If this is how he was trained this company should be ashamed.

Xtra Mile was comunicative, and easy to work with. Work was finished before their timeline and looks great. We had them install a new tile shower that is perfect. Tile and drywall in our worship. They even painted. It has been a pleasure working with them.

Anthony talked a good game when we went in to discuss remodeling my mom’s kitchen in May. He kept pushing her off until she finally demanded a date and work started the beginning of September. The communication is non-existent no matter how many times we called. The work has been lack luster and Anthony continues to talk a big game with plenty of excuses. All we want is what we paid for and for the job to be done right. Seems my mom’s job was too small and not important considering she’s an older single woman. Avoid at all costs.

I was totally pleased with our Diamond Kitchen experience! From the time we walked in to the showroom and were met by Micah Galtney, he guided us through the process of choosing the cabinets; placed our order; came to our home to measure for accuracy; took care of seeing that workers arrived as scheduled and completed quality work; efficiently responded to any needed changes along the way; and took extra time to inspect the final results (which were beautiful)! All of this was accomplished with kindness and the desire to have us satisfied with all of the details!

Had shower doors installed in late Jan 2019, and of Mar18 2019 still have not had bad side of shower doors replaced
