Best Install Process in Phoenix AZ

I decided to have a Kohler Walk-In Bath installed for my wife as I knew she would physically benefit. She uses it now at least every other day if not everyday!
My thanks to the installation crew...Matthew (lead), Seth (asst), Daniel (electrical) and Erik (plumber). You guys were great to work with and communicated very well as well as did quality work.

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

What a great experience from beginning to end. Fast and right in our price range. The technicians were very thoughtful and considerate in our home. We love our new windows and would definitely refer Optum to my friends and family.

Tyler did a great job refinishing my kitchen backsplash. Work was done on time and on budget. Would highly recommend their work.

I was very impressed with the COVID precautions taken durning my project. Everyone that entered my home had mask on and was very kind and courteous Dion address all of my questions before and during the process. I am very please with the French door installation, the slabs of concrete to extend my patio, installation and wiring for a ceiling fan, along with removing a wall in my kitchen. I definitely look forward to working with D&D construction again when I am ready to do my bathrooms. Remodeling can be stressful especially during these times I am thankful that D&D construction was able to make me feel safe and gave me piece of mind during the entire process

This is the fourth time we have used Urban Element. Quentin and team are beyond excellent. His quotes are well priced, comprehensive, and leave little room for surprises. His timeline is typically spot on. On our most recent project, we remodeled two of our bathrooms. We were living in the house during the project. His team was courteous, respectful, and extremely clean. Their work was fantastic and I am extremely happy with the final product. I would highly recommend Urban Element to anyone doing a home remodel. The price is fair, the communication is great, and the results speak for themselves. The first time I worked on one of Project Construction LLC's jobs as a sub it was evident that Robert knew what he was doing. He's well organized, clean, and likes to work smart. Not to mention, his attention to detail is outstanding. I give this builder two thumbs up and will use him on all of my personal projects in the future.

Nick and Mustache Approved Remodeling has been great to work with. They were professional, friendly, and honest. We had them lower a bar top, and replace our counter tops and install a back splash. Everything looks great and we will definitely use Mustache Approved Remodeling in the future.

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!

A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. We have a kitchen area remodel that is perfect for our household and also way of living.

Matador Construction was the top choice of our insurance company to repair our roof. After seeing their work was Matador Construction truly was the right choice! From my initial contact, I noted their courteous and efficient correspondence to keep me abreast of how they would approach this project. I appreciated the professionalism displayed, our estimator who carefully explained the damages as well as the repair process to me. The tile replacement was very impressive, damage to the ceiling of our front porch was artistically fixed and painted. I also was grateful for the care, post-work inspections performed by Ruben, and his team also answered many of my questions during their visits to our home. I highly recommend Matador Construction!

Using a general contractor like Innovative Custom Contractors is a great experience! Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! One stop shopping for these services makes life so much easier!

I contacted Red Ram about some major exterior remodeling work I'm having done. It includes building a large attached patio cover, re-siding my house, and installing a new roof.

Daniel came out and we discussed options. He mentioned some alternative siding options I hadn't considered. I appreciated this because I believe the contractor is the materials expert, can make good recommendations, and it's important to me to find someone experienced in using/installing the products I ultimately decide to go with. He said it would take a week or so to get me an estimate for the work and some estimates for the different siding options so I can make an informed cost/value determination on which product to go with.

It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard anything from Daniel or Red Ram. I tried calling to follow up but there was no answer and no call-back response to my voicemail. I understand this ultimately means he probably doesn't want my business but ghosting is inherently rude and ultimately unprofessional. A simple message saying this isn't a project we want to take on would be sufficient. This seems to be a common issue in the contracting world. To each her/his own, but based on my experience, I feel this company lacks integrity.

We got a qoute for our project November 2021. It took months to get through permits, etc through the city. I realize this is not their fault. It turned out to be almost over $20k over their quote!! For a rooftop patio!! A roof top patio that we were told would take about 6 weeks to complete. Obviously it took way longer....We are now in January of 2023!! We had so many hold ups. Lumber prices went up, we had 3 different electricians out here, so many things came up over and over again. People in and out of our yard for months. My office is in my backyard and I couldn't work from there for months. I understand projects can cause issues but this was way over the top. We asked for deadlines and they were all missed over and over again. We had cracks, leaking, and then our travertine was flooded. They said it was a home owner issue, but my husband took work off that day and took pictures of everything.Turns out someone didn't cap a pipe from months ago and caused a leak in our yard that's been going on for months. We paid for that for months. We weren't given a disount for ANYTHING! I was so unhappy with how everything was handled. We waited days and weeks for issues to get fixed and no apologies. We paid throughout the process and when we owed our last payment, we were contacted to get it resolved immediately. We have several other projects that we want to do for our house but will never do this again with this company. If you make a mistake or over promise...make up for it. You FAILED!
