Best Install Process in Phoenix AZ

Replacement windows (6) and 1 patio door. Horrible service never returned calls, did not show up numerous times. Sliding door screeches whenever open or close. Screens don't fit some windows properly, one window is completely undersized for the frame so does not close. Problems never resolved still over one later! Do not recommend. Now filing manufacturers warranty claim to try to get help!

The 3 stars is due to the staff on the phone that took my VIN #, then only had part of the VIN b/c they called me later to ask me for it. They ordered the wrong windshield, so it had to be done twice. (Twice as inconvenient) However, Cyle, the installer was excellent! If all the credit went to him, I would give a full 5 stars. Office staff needs some education, training. Or hire new people. They showed little care, and were not competent. They also sent Cyle to the wrong address the second time. ? Sad.

Fast,less then an hour at their north store. Recalibration on my front camera. Nice clean work and friendly customer service. No hassle insurance claim.

Great to work with. Easy to schedule. I have a pick up with a camper and the rear window shattered somehow. I had Reliable Glass go out to the camper locations where they removed the camper, got the window installed and made the whole process a breeze.Would definitely use again.

I wish I could give no stars but I recommend doing your research before doing business with this company. Jeff is very unprofessional! This company lies about their services and what they are giving their customers. I highly recommend not using this company for your windows and if you do make sure your documents are done properly and you are able to clearly read what you are receiving before they start threaten you because they got caught in their lies.
