Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

Randy and Tyra of ATR have performed several jobs for us over the last couple of months. We found them after a slew of other companies overcharged and disappointed - ATR is total opposite of that, you get what you pay for and then some. The quality of their work, their dependability, their pricing, and their friendly nature make them our go-to company for all things home repair! This week they completed a new backsplash for us at our home in Ahwatukee/phoenix and holy cow it is nice! We paid a fraction of the cost that others estimated and our kitchen is beautiful! The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. Instead of just saying that they didn't want the job, they sent me an estimate for half the current value of my home; including $15k for a full bathroom remodel that requires no demo and the installation of 25 square feet of floor tile, a vanity, and a toilet, all of which has already been purchased. Even with markups I struggle to comprehend the hourly labor rate their subcontractors must charge.

Update: the PM and estimator were shown the purchased materials and design plans when they came to the home visit. I had to ask for the estimate, over 48 business hours after the home visit, and was given a quote of $147,500 for the work on my 900 square foot home. I felt insulted and judged unworthy of their services. Their response to this review didn't help.

Not only are they professional and transparent with pricing and communication, they can help with any remodel project, remediation needs; they can even help you with a new or remodeled pool! One stop shopping for these services makes life so much easier!

Installers were professional and efficient. They did a great job installing the recessed electrical outlet and mounting the tv. They were courteous in answering my questions. I will definitely use them again.

We couldn't have had a better experience. They transformed an 18 year old kitchen into something amazing and modern and we love it. The crew was very professional and Dan was great to work with. The cabinets look like they are brand new and totally replaced. No one would guess that they were refaced. Love my new bathrooms and kitchen.

We worked with Hunt’s Kitchen and Design to update our cabinets and would highly recommend them. After getting multiple quotes for the project, they stood out from everyone. They were by far the best to work with on creating the design and in all aspects of communication. They were the only designers who really tuned it into a collaborative process, which eliminated the multiple iterations required by the other people we got quotes from. This resulted in us having a final design and price from them in less than half the time with even more attention to our needs and to how we would use our kitchen. Although we don’t have the biggest or most expensive kitchen, Josh and Jeff made us feel like they were genuinely excited about working with us on the project, and you can tell that they really care about their clients.

Loved working with Jaeden at Builders Express Handyman. He really saved a commercial design job of mine when the contractor dropped the ball on ordering cabinets. We were able to come up with an efficient kitchen under budget and all delivered on time. I highly recommend Jaeden and this company.

I had an appointment for Friday afternoon, so I took the day off so that I would get the jobs done. Ace texted me that day and said the handyman was sick. They offered to reset the appt for Monday at 11:30. OK I took another day off but this time: No Call No Text No Handyman. Still have heard nothing. Very disappointed.............
