Service on August 30, 2017 was fast and the final price for our gas water heater was exactly as quoted over the phone. Service tech Don was great! However giving 4 stars because they didn't bring the right type of tank for our space so it had to be adapted. Plus there was a gas smell in our garage after installation was completed, as if the hose hadn't been tightened all the way, so my husband simply tightened it.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!
