Best service ever talk to a couple of solar company but noting like solar topp I love it!!!

After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

For reference here is my first review from last year:

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

Tom Buehler has been very helpful to my business. In addition to setting up the electrical systems for my shop, he has been instrumental in keeping it up and running.

Since my business is dependent on keeping printing machines running, he has been very responsive in getting onsite as quickly as possible to diagnose and resolve any issue with the least amount of down town.

I really appreciate the service Watt Masters has provided.

Steve exceeded all expectations and was very knowledgeable! Had a great experience and very happy will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is looking into solar!

When you consider going solar, don't hesitate to call the Tesla team. I just finished my first full year of having panels and we are so happy with them! Their customer service is excellent; they make sure that all your questions get answered before installation begins (and even after.)

I have been impressed since I had my first solar meeting. Been happy even after the installation everything wen the way I wanted.

Sadly.. Two men showed up at my house to sell me solar. This is something I wanted more than anything. After I signed all the documents one could no longer met with me. I had some questions I needed to address. He set up appointments and never showed up. The other guy (who I felt really bad for) was in the dark about everything. (If he was my rep I would have never backed out because I'm sure he would have come when he said he would) but after the 4th no show >and time missed from work I backed out.. I was told the whole time I had that option and I would not be charged (well I got hit with a $750 bill) and am now being told.. my word against his and he told me about it.... sadly I have no solar and now a bill.. and no help from anyone (as I had no help before.. this is why I walked away) here posted are just two of the messages of many.. the sales team let me down with lies and now a bill... (don't back out and everything will be fine)

If I could rate Harmon a 10, I would. This company was so great to work with I cant believe. From the sales end to the install. Every time a crew was set up to come and do something they were there right on time. I would first get a notice from my POC and it happened just like they said. And if by chance they got held up in traffic or something they called to let me know. My point of contact person Breana was awesome. She kept me informed of every little detail and if I had questions she got me the answers right away. And if she did not know the answer then she got to someone that did. I was always kept in the know of the project. The one main thing I liked is there is no middle person or company in the way Harmon does it all and are responsible for it all if something should go wrong. No fighting with 3rd party contractors and such. The install looks neatt and clean. Excellent experience wish more companies were this way.

Our experience with Sunup America was substandard. Pushy to get the sale. Lied to about their services and finances. Lie #1, We were told that our system would be monitored and any problems would attended to and we would be notified. The system was not working as stated for 3 months causing our electric bills to be outrageously high. Lie #2, We were told they would fill out the tax forms for us. When I called to get them, I was told this was something they never do. Lie#3, We were told we would get a tax return of $11,830.00 that we would apply to the loan to keep our payment low. This is a bold face lie. The purchase price of this home efficiency system gave us a tax break, not a refund as they claimed, that we could apply to our loan. We are thoroughly disgusted with this unethical company! They will say anything to make a sale! I have read Sunup’s response and disagree with their explanations. Their sales people blatantly lied to us to make the sale. The system continues to go down after a year of service. We regret going with this company! They lied about service, they lied about taxes, they lied about providing us with the tax forms. Of course, the employees that sold us the system are no longer with the company. The installation was shoddy which caused three months of horrendous electricity bills. Yes, they paid us for the three months of the system being down only after I made two requests for compensation. They didn’t offer it. I insisted on it and they finally came through. Save yourself problems and use an honest company! I wish they would just come and remove this $45,000. system. What a huge mistake it was to go with this company!
Our system has been down for almost 2 months. Numerous calls have been made to customer service rep Benjamin with 1 response stating he would get someone out here from the manufacturer. That was over 2 weeks ago. 3 more calls to him with no response. The system is suppose to cover 96% of the usage. This is not true! Last months utility bill was $365.00. This month it is $475.00. Combined with the solar pmt. we are paying over $800. a month! Save your sanity! This company, their employees and product are not worth your time and money! They are liars and thieves! Angry and frustrated with this company and their horrendous lack of service! Take the money and run is their motto and m o!

I called Sunlight Energy Systems for electrician work and CM was EXTREMELY helpful! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He really went above and beyond taking extra steps to assure I save as much money as possible which I really appreciate. I highly highly recommend Sunlight Energy Systems for all of your solar or electrical needs. I know they’ll be the first place I call when I need help with anything solar or electrical!
