I was given their name by SRP. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were competitive with the other bid I got, and could handle the EV charger install too. Excellent communications throughout the process and professional through every step of the installation and activation of my system.

Scam. Installed a system at my residence and stated it would easily cover winter electricity, while it doesn't come close. I had roofers out who said I needed a new roof before installing solar. They sent their own roofers out and told me it would be fine and they'd give me a credit at installation if we moved forward. I failed to get that in writing and received no credit. Solar is a scam. Especially with this company.

Update to address the company's response, I am confident that I am reviewing the correct company. I have much of the correspondence saved.

This process has been very smooth. From the techs to the office communications. I have enjoyed the interactions through the whole ongoing. I will have to say though this Tasha lady... Just kidding. She alone from the conversations my father has had with her has made it fun! I had my first interaction this afternoon with her and she made the flipping of the switches process seamless. Great laugh! Great interactions! Keep it up! I back this company.

Sun Services just finished my Solar install on my house. They did a great job. We were assigned a project manager that kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was an easy stress free way to get solar. They were very responsive to all questions, and even worked with me on the layout taking into consideration things I needed moved. Jim and the Sun Services team were great. Jim kept me updated on all of the different details of the solar install and was quick to notify me if we had any changes. There was an initial problem with a couple of the panels and all I had to do was call him and they had someone out replacing them within a couple of days. Everything is working great and I'm getting great production on all of my panels. If you are in the market for solar give Jim and his team a shot. Highly recommended!

They were a great company to work for. The Soza brothers came to my house and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy and they were very respectable. Rachel was the project manager and was amazing. Kept me informed of everything and never missed a bit. I didn’t give a 5 star because of the electrician. He had to come back and redo the ground rod. They placed it in my planter. But even with that snag they never gave me an issue. Everyone was respectful and in my opinion it’s a great company to go with if you are considering solar.

My solar system was turned on this week with the help and guidance of AZ Sun Services. Their staff was very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. My first contact was with Roenic who gave me an overview of how solar works. I had many questions all of which he answered and patiently repeated when I didn’t understand, more than once. Most everything is done electronically these days (not my strong suit) and Roenic walked me thru all of it and without making me feel dumb. I am very thankful for his help.

Management quite responsive towards resolving service problems outside of the Phoenix area. Techs were very friendly, polite, courteous. You don't know a company until you need them but am pleased with how they responded.

After taking a 2 hour adult education class on solar I learned a lot and decided we should get solar for our home. According to the Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA), there are an estimated 306 solar companies that service Arizona. I searched for companies with over four star reviews and an A+ rating. For accountability I wanted to purchase from a company that not only sold solar but also installed solar with their own employees. I determined that I would only accept the top two solar panels and the top two solar inverters. I narrowed the field and reached out to four companies that met all the criteria. In November and December we met with representatives from four solar companies. I was advised that from the time a contract was signed until the solar installation was approved by the city inspector and approved and activated by APS was typically about 3 months. We decided we did not want to lease a system and ultimately decided to pay cash.(There are, however, good options to take a loan to pay for solar).
The last of four company representatives that we met with was Matt Nam with Sun Services and he convinced us to contract with Sun Services for our home solar installation.
Our solar system went live without a glitch on March 31. In the past 3 months if I had a question or concern I would text or email Sun Services Project Management team led by Senior Project Manager Alonda Dimas. I always received an immediate response.

AZ Sun Services were a very cost option for purchasing vs leasing a solar system when compared to others in the industry. We were able to competitively upgrade to a better inverter and panels while reducing the overall cost. Some of their communications from the PM Reyna were unclear, being that I new very little of the solar terminology, and untimely (supposed to be weekly), but they got the system installed from execution of contracts to turned on in 2 months. I would add this was right at the end of the year and the holidays did delay the process some, but it was relatively fast. The AZ Sun installers took 2 days to install 47 panels, were very pleasant to speak with, and very professional while keeping the area clean all throughout the install. I would go with them again should I need their services. Matt Nam was my sales manager, he knows his stuff, easy to talk to, and open about the process.

My experience with AZ Sun Services from start to finish was exactly what I'd hoped for. Before even meeting with the providers in my area I spent weeks researching and learning about solar power, solar panels, installation, and cost. I wanted to be sure I already understood what I needed and didn't need and what I was and was not going to agree to. All I needed was to speak with a solar professional to make sure I knew what I was going to do would be mostly right. I then decided that I would not agree to anything until I'd met with at least 5 providers. 3 of the 5 reps I met with really turned on me when I told them I was not even going to consider their offers until I'd heard from 5 providers. The 3rd provider I met with was Matt Nam, my AZ Sun Services sales rep. He was not pushy or overly aggressive. We had a short and simple conversation about my options, the cost, and what he recommended. I also met with 4 other providers and from the greeting to the moment they left I felt like they were just trying to force me into the sale. They argued every doubt/question I brought up or tried to make me feel stupid for asking what I'd asked or doubting what they'd promised. Before we even discussed what could or could not be done, they'd ask if I met with anyone else. Then they'd spend the next 15 mins bashing every other provider that I'd mentioned. They also made sure to imply that I'd lose any offer they made if they left without making me sign something. Matt did not ANY of his time bashing other providers.

I recommend AZ Sun Services strictly based on my sales experience, the actual performance of my hardware, and the service and communication provided after the sale. I get replies within 24 hrs of every inquiry. I've had only one issue, that DID NOT impact my service, which was handled by a tech visit to my home within 3 days of my call. I've had ZERO downtime and have earned an avg of 168$ in credit per month since my panels were switched on.

It happens to be such a no-brainer in these times to take to the sustainability of solar power to save money and conserve electricity. Initially I had thought it might be a rather tedious process to go through to get solar panels setup. But it ended up being a rather seamless transition instead thanks to the kind efforts of Robert; he was very helpful and provided excellent customer service in getting me the solar panels setup right away. I was able to appreciate his and his companies services even more especially after my bad experience with my initial consultation of Titan solar power. Az sun services are head and shoulders above in terms or reasonable rates without compromising quality, time and efficiency and would highly recommend to anyone considering buying into this service.

Before going solar we had done a TON of research. We received quotes from many different companies in the valley for many different sized systems, and ultimately decided to go with AZ Sun Services. We opted for the largest system we could possibly get (14.4 kw), along with the panel upgrade and extended warranty, and no one else could beat their pricing. I had another company trying very hard to poach our business, but after showing them the pricing we were getting, the competitor agreed that we were getting a really good deal. The system took a few months to become operational, but there were zero issues with installation or passing inspection. In order to install the new service panel, which was larger than our old one, they had to cut out a decorative archway that was made out of stucco in order to make the new panel fit. They took care of all wall/stucco repair associated with it, and it looks great! Our sales rep, Nathan, has always been reachable at all hours, including giving us his personal cell number. We ended up financing the system through Dividend, and have had a pleasant experience with them as well. With that being said, if you're in the market for a solar system, I highly suggest getting the largest system you can get and contacting AZ Sun Services for a quote.

If you're installing solar these are the folks to call. Reasonable prices and the electrical install crew and the solar install crew are just the best. You won't go wrong hiring these people.

We purchased an older home built in 1949 and the electrical panel with the circuit breakers was in very poor condition. We had it moved to the back of the house and updated to a solar ready panel. Everything looks great. The best part.....they labeled the switches! Now I know which circuit switch powers what in the house.

The service is excellent, however they do not have a clue how to make my system work. Tech has over 40 hours of trouble shooting and is getting no support from the manufacture. At this point it is still not working 5 months after the initial install. They came out again today installed what the MFG said was the fix. Guess what its not working. Great service and no support does not work.

My son used to work at AZ Sun Services and we got solar through them. At the time none of the owners or management knew which rate plan we needed to be on to actually save money with solar. We got locked into the wrong rate plan, and our son had to negotiate with APS for 6 months to get us on a better rate plan to actually save. Apparently we weren't the only customers that this happened to. Wouldn't recommend working with these guys because they don't really seem to care about any of their customers post-installation. A cheaper price doesn't matter if you're paying the same amount to APS after the system goes live.

7 MONTHS since I signed the contract. It took them 4 MONTHS to get the permits. Month 5 they finally installed the breaker panel on the 2nd try after a no-show: no-call. Tore up the stucco and concrete and have not fixed it yet. I asked for a Project Plan or some sort of Schedule. Month 5 they send me a schedule that lasted 9 weeks. UM… Month 5 is 20 weeks? They asked me for a payment, but they cannot even provide a plan or schedule. Who would pay them when they have no plan to install anything?

Took them 8 months to finally install my system (took them 2 days), but now the Cellular Monitoring keeps loosing connection. It's been down 4 times in the last 2 weeks. And now they suggested THAT I contact Solar Edge to get it to work. Didn't I pay them for this? Talk about poor customer service.

Hope to get my $2000 cash yet , it should not have taken too many times for inspection , still haven't gotten the shephard hook installed

So far it has been all negative. They sold me a $65000 system and installed IQ7 microinvertors (older and slower processor) in April 2022. Then they told me that they have a shortage of 400 amp panels. After a year they gave up on the panel and used my own panels because I already had a 400 amp panel. They promised a bird guard and now they are trying to get out of it, saying that it was not in the contract. The system that shows my energy production, has not worked since day one, it’s been about 3 weeks that someone is supposedly coming to fix it but every week is a different excuse. Too bad I can’t give them one star. They are unorganized and unprofessional. They are plenty of great Solar companies out there, do your researched and don’t get bamboozled by the sales rep, since at anytime they can tell you “He doesn’t work for us anymore” as if that should matter.

So far our experience with this company has been great! We just got our solar installed and inspected. They’ve been very easy to communicate with and forthcoming with information and answering all of the questions we have had. The install crew was very knowledgeable about the product and installation, pleasant people. Mike, Noah, Angel and his crew were all very helpful and we are happy with how everything is turning out so far. This is a big investment and the people we have been working with have made us feel very confident with our decision.
