It was a little bit of a rocky start due to rate changes and switching from one brand of solar panels to another. But that was something completely outside of their control they found me the best panels which even turned out to be so efficient that I needed fewer panels to get the energy generation that I needed to have. They stuck with me until the job was done and I was up and running Ed even came back later to let me know when some of the panels work properly reporting generation a few months later. They're a local company and they do great work!

Great products and knowledge base with the guys at Universal. They were able to work around my roof issues as well as identify any potential issues with my existing electrical system.
