We first contacted SouthFace Solar in January and our system was up and running in early April. Although it has been only a couple of weeks now, I must say I am very happy at this point. The personnel have all been very helpful. This is not a short process since building permits, SRP approvals, etc., etc. are required. There were a couple of minor hitches, but all were solved quickly with a call to or from Vance, their representative. If you are considering adding solar to your home, I highly recommend this company. I will readily call them again should the need arise.

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

Tony was very professional and answered our questions and concerns very promptly. He explained what to expect from the process and kept all promises he made. The installation went very smoothly. The installation crew came early and finished in good time. All permits and rebate applications were handled for us. Overall, they were clear and open about the cost and how everything worked. We are very happy with this experience and are impressed by Tesla Solar's culture and work ethics.

Just finished the 10 step solar training with Evan and feel way more confident in how to properly build solar systems to benefit future customers in an honest upfront way.

We'd been looking for a company to install solar panels on my roof and I also installed their app. I called the customer service number and spoke with the friendly representative who helped me with my request immediately. They sent one of their technicians to my home and he went through the process of installation in less than an hour. They were quick, efficient, and friendly! I highly recommend them.

Jen was awesome!! She knew her stuff & explained everything very well. She followed up with emails of everything that would be done at my house. The crew finished the entire job in one day which included adding insulation, sealing the duct work & sealing all the holes in the attic which led into my house. After the work was complete Jeff came & did a after test to confirm everything was done to standard & explain the final report to me. I am looking fwd to lower electric bill's this summer.

I recommend Scottsdale Solar to neighbors and friends. Scottsdale Solar gave the best price ($/watt), best terms, accommodated my construction schedule and roof, answered all my questions, and installed a super system that exceeds the output expectations when it was installed. Scottsdale Solar did what I was told. Where issues arose, Scottsdale Solar took the initiative to assure my satisfaction. For several months each year, we pay no electric bill to APS because of the credits for the system output. The maximum electric bill during the summer is now about $100, well below previous bills of about $350.

APS Electric compny and another electrical were unable to solve the problem until Arizona Energy Pros resolved the simple situation. My lights in several rooms were not working for 3 weeks before Arizona Energy Pros fixed the situation.

These guys a professional. They care deeply about sustainability and are virtual encyclopedias about ways to reduce the carbon foot print of our house. They helped me with things that made a substantial difference and not nice to have' at extra cost. I pay just a quarter for my winter APS bill than I did before. That's with much more day time use than before because we're now working from home! We run the dishwasher and clothes dryer during the day when it's convenient instead of waiting until late in the evening. I plan to return to them for more sustainability service and highly recommend them. You'll enjoy a pleasant relationship and substantial savings.
