I looked into solar power right after purchasing my home. I found AZ West Solar and am so glad that I did. Brett was friendly, thorough, accommodating, understanding, and helpful. I had questions about two quotes from AZ West on two properties side by side and Brett hopped on a conference call with my mother and I to talk about differences in our quotes. He put us at ease about the difference between them and why without stumbling, as if he ACTUALLY knew what he was talking about. He answered text messages on the weekend (even though I said don't reply until Monday) and even after hours. He said solar would be installed within 60 days, including all of the permitting and HOA and city nonsense that they had to deal with and he wasn't lying. The process went smooth and seamless, without a hitch.

Now I have solar power running and everything went exactly as he said it would. I'm monitoring my production and so far I couldn't be happier!

John, the owner, and his two co-workers did a job for us last week. He's local and been in business here in the valley for a long time (over 20 years, I think). We chose him after getting other estimates (that were way overpriced) from a few other companies. we are SO glad we found him. he's down to earth, honest and takes pride in his work. They finished the job ahead of time and for a fair and reasonable price. It's just great to know that there are people that still take pride in their work and aren't just out to get what they can from you.

Tesla Solar were great to work with. They went out of their way to get us any information we wanted and did not try to sell us more than we needed. They took care of all the permits, were here when they said they would be, and were professional throughout the process.

The entire installation process with Blaze Energy was excellent. It was a no-brainer for me to buy rather than lease, and Blaze Energy analyst calmly and confidently answered all of my concerns while professionally guiding me through the process.

They responded to my emails at all hours with answers to my questions. I was quickly provided with a draft solar panel installation plan to review.

Our 31 panel multi-array system in Phoenix was installed in less than two days by the superb installation crew. They were polite, orderly, and competent.

One of the crew members noticed that one of the panels wasn't working during the system's final turn-up. He quickly climbed the roof to address the issue. He then demonstrated how to utilize the simple software to monitor the system to me.

I had a great experience working with everyone at Blaze Energy, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome.

This company was hired to install wildlife netting around my solar panels. The tech was on time, wearing a mask, answered all my questions with regard to the installation and an existing pigeon nest. He got started and finished in the time he said it would take. He was thorough as near as I can tell. He brought the nest down that had a baby and an I hatched egg. He was going to try to relocate the nest nearby so hopefully the adult pigeons could find their nest. He was polite and actually seemed to care about the nest. I would recommend this company. He did not give me any paperwork but my solar salesman paid for this service for me.

We have had an excellent experience with American Solar. They behaved in a very professional and ethical manner. Their projection of our energy requirements have been excellent and we have generated all the electricity we have used, with a slight surplus to spare. Our Solar PV system was installed in April 2013, and it has worked flawlessly. The panels and supporting structure are on a patio roof and have not been harmed by the the heavy winds we occasionally experience. American Solar is the kind of company that we are happy we found. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great Company for Solar Panels. They just forgot to set up my solar monitoring

I didn’t know that not everyone can qualify for solar, and the first time I tried to get solar, I didn’t qualify, because of my breaker box. I got a second opinion, from Cheetah Solar, and they were able to upgrade my breaker box, and help me get solar!Thanks Cheetah!

Our project manager kept us informed every step of the way and was available for any questions. The installers were very professional and had everything installed in a 2 day period. My experience with Skyhigh was horrible. They never answer their phones at the office. Nor do they return any of their calls. It has been 8 months and the solar panels are still not completed,. Keep calling them and all they do is make up stories. If you want solar I suggest not to go with Skyhigh. I t will be a nightmare com true. If you touch them you will get burned!

Power Solar Frames is extremely difficult to work with they demand 50% up front no matter how much business you have done with them or length of business relationship. They will also threaten to delay your order and hold your order hostage unless you wire transfer them money on the day they want it. Customer service and attitude from Steve Jones is down right right and pompous. I would never work with them!

2 months and I'm still waiting for my refund from something I didn't need to put a deposit down for since I am a Costco member. Cameron was the rep and he's a huge liar. Beware of what you're getting yourself into with this company.

My solar system was activated about 3 weeks ago it does not seem to be working. I have left messages with Empire for about a week to get some help.

Terrible company!!! They will not own up to their failures! Buyer beware!
