I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

This business is amazing! I live four hours away but got a call about a leaky pipe at one of my properties in Phoenix. Everything from my first call to them to them actually fixing everything I needed was a great experience. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. We had the misfortune of noticing a small leak in our washer connection today above all things on a Holiday. We called several plumbers to resolve the issue without any success in avoiding a premium fee due to the Holiday. Some even quoted us $875 minimum to repipe behind our walls. Luckily Dan from Rooter Ranger showed up while another plumbing company was still on site and although most vendors wouldn’t want to compete with another company I asked Dan to give me a second opinion. He politely entered our home said hello to the other guy and asked if he could try reconnecting the hoses. He did his homework and noticed the house was built about a year ago and diagnosed the problem and said the other guys were trying to rip you off without speaking for them and not in those words. He tested our lines and fixed the problem in no time and didn’t even charge us for it. I remembered a slow flushing toilet and felt obliged to ask him to take a look. He fixed both problems and charged us a nominal fee. Rooter Ranger will be our plumbing company for life. They are honest and very efficient at what they do. Dan especially was the utmost professional and I wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

Bumblebee quoted me $1,865 - we found another plumber for $250 - it took them less than an hour to fix the problem.I discovered a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall. It had soaked through to the carpet somewhat, but it was a slow leak, we found it early, and there was no damage to the flooring. I opened up the wall and was able to identify the leak. I called Bumblebee - they were quick to respond, friendly and had someone out there later that day. Knowing that it was a quick job since I already cut open the wall and found the leak, I figured the price would be somewhere between $300-$500. We were shocked to get the quote of $1,800!!! They said it would take two hours and they could start right then. We sent them away.The company contacted me about the issue and said it could have been a problem with the bidding software, which is possible. The fact the price was so high should have immediately been obvious, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.I will add that everyone we dealt with the company was polite and helpful, very responsive and seemed willing to help solve the problems and try to make things right. I unfortunately had a bad experience, but I may have been an exception.

I really don't have anything to complain about except the service being a bit pricey. It cost me $245.00 to clean a simple clogged main line that took about 15-20 min. to clear. Other than that, the service was very prompt, courteous and as far as I can tell efficient. I might use them again. If you have a simple clog perhaps you shouldn't all them but if you are in a hurry the price might be worth it.
