I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. I usually have to leave several voicemails or messages before I get a call back from other companies, but the staff at Hero picked up the phone the first time I called, and Maura was very helpful. Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

Contacted Blue Plumbers for a kitchen drain that was backed up. I called at 9 AM and was given a scheduled arrival between 10 and 11. Service rep, arrived a couple hours early. He listened to what we had to say about our problem, explained what he would be doing and the cost. The drain was a pain and he spent a couple of hours and showed us the drain camera results. Highly recommended Blue Plumbers to anyone who needs a plumber.
