Best Septic Tank Repair in Phoenix AZ

Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Ed and his crew saved us from going more days without working plumbing! They squeezed us into their schedule the day I called to help us with our septic problems and stayed until late into the night to get the job done. I called Reddi Services on Friday morning and they could have had someone come the same day if my schedule permitted. It didn't, so I asked them to send someone the next day (Saturday). I was delighted to find out they were able to send someone on a week-end at no extra charge.

The technician, Marco Prieto, was very professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He explained what would be involved, gave me options and provided a free estimate on site. I chose to proceed with the installation of a garbage disposal as well as some additional repairs.

Marco Prieto was great! If I ever need the services of Reddi Services in the future, I am definitely going to request Marco Prieto.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. Josh was great, he came the week before to see what he was up against,since we didnt know exactly where our septic was. Scheduled a day and time to come pump out, he and his employee were right on time. Joah explained what they had to do (find and dig down) and they perceeded to find it and pump out our septic. He explained to us about everything since we are new to having septic. Did a great job in a timely manner, they are fantastic guys ,very friendly.

Butch arrived on time, with a great attitude, and was very informative of our septic system. He described the condition of our tank and prescribed a frequency of service based on what he found. We have a very large system with just two people using it most of the time, so we knew it shouldn't need pumping that often. Other companies recommended pumping once a year. Butch's assessment confirmed our thoughts that other companies were happy to pump our tank when it wasn't needed. We will happily schedule Paradise Septic for our next service.

THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

Belsito disconnected my septic system and connected me to the city sewer system. The work crew was always on time, competent, professional, hard working and conscientious. They did an amazing job returning my front yard to a pre-construction state.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
