We Had a emergency Plumbing issue during Thanksgiving and Call Hero Home Services , they came and had to replace my the main drain pipe from our bathroom to the connection to go to the city sewer , they were thorough and respectful , they worked during the holiday and cleaned ip everything, and it didn’t cost a arm and a leg, they are my go to guy’s from here on, Orlando and the guy’s at Hero Home Services , you are awesome , I highly recommend them.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

They presented a lower charge over the phone which made my decision to go with them. And once they arrived at the property the driver/operator tried to convince me several times that our septic tank is larger than it is in order to attempt to charge us more. The service provided was rushed, incomplete, rude and unprofessional. Even though I have proof with previous service receipts from 3 different Septic Pumping Companies reflecting the size of our tank this Co. did not want even consider that information but instead eyeballed the size of the tank and charged and processed the order accordingly. What's more unbelievable and another example of extremely poor customer service the driver advised me that next time we need a septic pumping service that we should contact another Septic Pumping Company vs them. Will not recommend them to anyone but rather go out of my way to advise my neighbors not to use this Company.

I called them to clean my septic, I was given a quote and price was agreed upon. When they came out two gentlemen started telling me all about how they had been there before to clean it for previous owners and then began to talk down about them and tell me things that had nothing to do With what they where doing. If I hadn’t been out there watching what it was they were doing I’m sure they would have broken the cover for the septic and so forth because one told the other to be careful since I was watching and they didn’t want me to see that they broke it because they were being reckless and didn’t want to bring the tractor down from the trailer. Them a few days later I get a call for my card info to process the payment gave it to them and then she tells me that the owner said my place was to far and wanted more money. I began to tell her that’s why She asked for my address and gave me a price now she’s talking me it’s another $150 because where I live. Lost my future business!

Receptionist was friendly and professional. Someone was here within a few hours and resolved our issue with our septic tank right away at a reasonable price. Someone else had come earlier and gave us a huge estimate saying they had to do a lot of things that, obviously, were not necessary.
Very happy with their service. Will definitely call them back!

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
