This company has it all together. Brandon responded promptly to our call for help. He was so professional and neat and clean looking, as well as wore a mask and covered his shoes. He was very thorough in checking all of the possibilities that could be causing our slab leak. Once we had a plan, he discussed all the options with us, and even spoke to our insurance company on our behalf. Since we have a shared wall with a neighbor, that they had to cut into, he also was very polite with our older, concerned neighbor to explain why and how the hole would be opened.
He moved the work schedule to accommodate us quickly. He arranged for Drystar to bring in equipment to start the drying process as well as a leak detector to determine the actual area of the leak. The two plumbers were here first thing on Monday morning, and they call ahead to let you know their actual time of arrival. Javier and Anthony were two of the nicest guys we could ask for to be in our home all day long. They painstakingly covered everything in plastic, we very careful to remove anything that was breakable. While they worked they were cheerful and seemed happy to be doing the job for us. At the end of the day, they cleaned and vacuumed up all of the areas and made sure it was all cleaned up to our satisfaction. If you need a plumber for any reason, I would recommend this company to you, and you won't be disappointed.

Matthew came out to our home to fix clogging issues. He was very professional & didn’t take long at all. I appreciate him for walking me through everything he was doing (Even if it was just to step outside for a tool). Also may I note his courtesy was very appreciated. People who loves what they do seem to have a better work ethic and it showed as Matthew was presented with two additional sink problems he was unaware of upon arriving. Thank you so much for doing your job CORRECTLY, RESPECTFULLY, AND QUICKLY. 10/10

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Our technician Joel was fast and thorough. He explained how to operate and maintain our new water heater. After installation, we though there was an issue and when we called in for help, everyone in the process were very helpful and we were able to get it remedied over the phone (was our fault, not theirs :)). We’ll definitely use Bumble Bee for future plumbing work!

I really don't have anything to complain about except the service being a bit pricey. It cost me $245.00 to clean a simple clogged main line that took about 15-20 min. to clear. Other than that, the service was very prompt, courteous and as far as I can tell efficient. I might use them again. If you have a simple clog perhaps you shouldn't all them but if you are in a hurry the price might be worth it.

THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(
