We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

I’ve used Anthony’s plumbing twice in the past month for urgent issues when my regular plumber was away with a family emergency. Both times they were quick to respond, but sent plumbers who left my garage a total mess and were rude and condescending. Both times they charged me a random exorbitant price, and refused to give me a breakdown of what was labor, what was parts, etc. They answer my former plumbers phone number and use my old plumbers’ name, but when questioned, they state they are really Anthony’s plumbing and “filling in” while he is away. The work was done well, but they are shady in their charges and I felt scammed. I won’t use them again.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Dan was amazing. He came in and looked at the issue. Discover the problem and quoted the price. It was a larger issue than expected so he showed me the issue and gave the new price. He told me about their vip program and it saved some money. The price was a bit more than expected but based on showing me the issue he allowed some time to think about it. He educated me in the decision I was making and offered a program that with the discount applied it would help if any other issues occur. Even getting the program a year I saved more than the 12 month cost and added protection in case more plumbing issues arise in my home. Thanks again Dan and Bumblebee for your dedication and time to help make a decision. I hope I do not need you anytime soon but happy you are there.

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

First, these guys show up over an hour past the 2pm to 4pm appt time. I need sink disposal replaced. Then, they ask for over $600. Seriously?! The unit only costs about 150, so they want over 200 per hr for labor on a regular and simple task which takes no more than 2hrs max. It just feels all wrong! I swear they priced it to take my entire 600 stimulus check! Shame on you, Mr. Rooter. Isn't it bad enough that our country and world are in crisis?! Do you really have to push taking advantage of folks, too?! I bet many contractors are doing this; monkey see, monkey do. SMH

Water heater in my hotel room was leaking due to which customers were facing inconvenience . Other plumbers of Orange County were saying all the parts have to be replaced which would have cost a lot . So I called All Pro Plumbing services after getting a sug gestion from an employee . He asked me to try their services . Surprisingly , their plumber fixed it without changing all the parts . He cleaned everything properly and only replaced the leaking pipe . I'm impressed by their services .

Blue Plumbers came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both technicians , they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed and on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional and nice gentlemen! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. This plumbing service is our go-to plumbing company for sure!
