Best New Heater Install in Phoenix AZ
I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.
It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.
Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.
The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.
Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Thank you for your reply.
In my review, I acknowledged the company and who you were trained by, not who you are in a relationship with...But yes, keep it professional. Your frustration from the truth of my review, is understandable, considering the facts. If I didn't know your company and read your response to my comment, I already wouldn't trust you or your judgment. Character is everything Jake. Good luck.
Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

What started from a drain clog ended up being a replacement of my entire sewer as it was corroded. Although it was unexpected the entire crew that worked on the entire job were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable with any concerns or questions I had.
Thank you to the crew over at Anthony's Plumbing; Andrew, Tony, William, Anthony and Miguel.

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

Eric came on a service call on Sunday to fix a pump extractor. This turned into a whole bunch of projects I needed to do, and some he discovered as we went along (leaks, etc).Eric was extremely knowledgeable and never gave up on a really challenging project - where three other plumbers did not want to go there. He got it to function until we can get parts that were discontinued. This guy did what it took and did an outstanding job. Thanks Eric!

All Pro Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. We had a really old boiler and hot water tank and they replaced them with a new combi boiler in the loft. technicians were great. Arrived on time, 2 days work and finished on time. Had a few issues with holes in roof, high water pressure and a towel rail that needed some extra work, but they came back and finished them no problems. Really really pleased with quality of the work, approachable technicians, arrived when they said they would and left when it was finished. No hidden costs,

I phoned Belsito after reading a review on Nextdoor. We needed someone who could not only clear our drains, but fix a 10ft. belly in our pipe. From the very start (even the phone call) to the clean up, the customer service we received was outstanding!!! Jared took his time explaining our situation and what needed to be done to get the job fixed! Thankfully he was able to fix our mess through the basement ceiling, saving us the nightmare of digging up our tile and the cost to do so. He did have to cut a good chunk to get to the pipes, but was very careful NOT to disrupt the speakers. He was very careful to drape everything prior to, and saw that it was all cleaned up when he was done. His manager, I believe, came to check on his work, and left shortly thereafter. We were in excellent hands! Thank you Belsito Plumbing for having such quality hard working men and women. Jared thank you! 5 stars is not enough!!
