Best New Heater Install in Phoenix AZ

I had an 815 appointment. I got a call from the service provider at 815 that he would be late due to a meeting. He arrived by 830 and completed 2 minor tasks by 900, at which point he told me he had a 930 appointment that he didn't want to be late to. I had been told when I called to schedule service that $175 included 2 hours labor. I got 30 minutes labor for $175, not a good value for my money.

This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
