Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

These guys were the best! They came out to our house within the hour of the urgent phone call, on New Years Day to help us out! We had the start of a pipe break & leak in the hallway rest room and it went on from there. Abdiel and Jose took us through each step of what would need to be done and explained everything to us so we understood what was going on and showed us live camera pictures too . We enjoyed having them come to the house as they, and their crew, were all so very pleasant, down to earth and showed genuine care for us and our home. They were also very understanding and loved our overly zealous puppy! Their work was neat and orderly. And they cleaned up nicely after they were done. I've had nightmares with plumbers in the past, and this is not one of them. Isaac Solis was the most professional plumber/maintenance person I have ever dealt with. We had an extremely bad situation going on with our pipes and he did not even bat and eye at fixing it. This guy works hard! I will be recommending Rooter Ranger Plumbing to anyone that I know who needs a plumber, and they're now my go to people when I need help. This is the second time that OPTION ONE PLUMBING has responded to a plumbing problem at my home. My primary shower drain had balls of mineral deposit (hard water at home) that accumulated over the 46 years on my 1959 home. This would take hours to drain after one shower. Devan was prompt, explained that he would do the best he could without damaging the pipes, he worked so hard. He was upfront about the situation and stated if it happens again, that I may have to get a new drain installed and/or requiring re-piping. He came back for a new/old problem, which we have been just living with, and he stated a price that was reasonable so he replaced..my husband and I ARE definitely pleased. Devan is hardworking, punctual, does quality work and is a wonderful employee of this company.

We had Bumble Bee perform some services for us a few months ago and also purchased some new equipment. We called them back out again to repair two other items this week and Lupe was our technician. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very interested in our satisfaction while explaining every step of the repairs. He went above and beyond my expectations in terms of doing what I needed and nothing more and to ensure that the solutions met our needs. In addition, Lupe and the owner Mike worked together to resolve another item of concern I had with the first service, and they stated they would resolve it without any additional cost in order to make sure we were satisfied. Lupe, and the company as a whole, are absolutely fantastic and they earned a customer for life with their service and desire to do what's right for their customers. I had received 4 estimates to fix a sewer line underneath my cool decking. Mr. Rooter was the cheapest and they were able to fix it without digging up my entire backyard. The workers were extremely polite, arrived on time and kept me informed over the 3 days they worked. Honestly, I've never seen people work as hard as these young men did in 115 degree temperatures! They finished in 3 days just as they said and no extra charges. I'm very pleased and will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.
