Best Gas Line Repair in Phoenix AZ

We hired Anthony's Plumbing to completely remove and replace our old 1940s cast iron sewer lines under our concrete slab. Lupe was here every morning on time and was very communicative on what work was being done. They scheduled city inspections to make sure everything was done correctly and to code as well. We really appreciate how quickly everything was replaced and will be using Anthony's Plumbing in the future if anything else arises.

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

AVOID this company at all costs. We spent $6700 with them 4 years ago to have our entire sewer and water line replaced. Recently we had a draining issue that was diagnosed by another company as a belly in the drain line. When we contacted them they claimed that they would do right by us and rectify the situation. While I understand that a company should not have to warranty their work for ever, the fact that they only warranty the work for a year, speaks volumes to the quality of their workmanship. A price was agreed on the repair work. They then proceeded to start putting us off on the repair claiming emergency situations. When a technician arrived monday , he was clueless to what the issues were. Went to this truck to call in to base and left There was multiple communications with this company and another technician was dispatched Tuesday. He was also quite unaware of the situation. He at least was apologetic and did communicate with is in a more professional manner. It is as if there were no internal communications within this company. Finally after the latest emergency declaration I called the the owner, he basically said , we are going to pass on this work and hung up on us. Incredibly unprofessional company. In a way I am happy that they refused to do the work as that is only rewarding shoddy workmanship and poor customer service. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Had the unfortunate issue of a clogged main drain that caused a back up through the toilet and flooded our bathroom yesterday. We're renters, our landlord advised his usual guy was not responding and requested we find a company on our own. After looking at a few other places we decided to call Rooter Ranger. I am glad we did. I called and my first contact was with Bethany. She immediately inquired what our issue was and advised they can have someone out same day within a few hours. Great. She was clear on the pricing, informed us of their current special and let us know the technician would reach out to confirm the appointment. Tony reached out shortly after and said he could be at our residence with 2 hrs. He arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to try and resolve the issue from the outside access. He was honest and advised that he couldn't reach the blockage from there and would need to pull the toilet up. That's when he discovered that our drain line layout from the bathroom was in a figure 5 and was preventing him from clearing the blockage in the main drain. He was patient and very informative. He was able to resolve the blockage by accessing the main drain from under the sink where the lines converged. Tony was awesome. Even when our landlord gave him a few issues after he completed the job. I will definitely recommend this company.

This company is fantastic! We have older apartment units that periodically develop plumbing issues. While my husband often did the repairs in the past , he travels a lot and misses the opportunity ? to make the repairs. However, he is very picky about workmanship, reliability and price and he is very happy with the service we have received from Option One Plumbing.
