I hired Clint to convert the plumbing of a single sink into a double sink vanity set up. This was an involved project consisting of two separate visits. Clint arrived on time and completed the pipe conversion and then returned after our drywall was completed to install the vanity, p-traps, and faucets. Clint does good work, is honest, professional and now my go-to plumber for all future projects. We are so glad that we hired Complete Plumbing & Drain Services for our project. Thank you, Clint!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I called looking to have a certification done on a septic tank as the property was in the process of being sold. They were able to squeeze mean in the next day. Dana was super helpful and knowledgeable and gave a basic quote over the phone. They came next day did what they needed to do and it actually ended up being a little bit less than the quote. I was in need of a septic inspection and was in a hurry to have it done as a different company had cancelled on me. The two technicians came out right on time and were very polite, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated with me at all! They went even a step further when my system failed and they knew I was in a hurry so they sent another truck out to work so they could do the repair.

Will definitely use again and I highly recommend using them for your next service!

We had an issue with tenants that were complaining that water was backing up into the shower consistently, we called Option 1 and they were there that day, had all of the tech to diagnose the issue and had the problem fixed that same day. They were professional, fast and reasonable with the price. They’re plugged in the phone as the only plumber I’d call!

Tanya, Jake, Lauren and Dusty provided great service to me under challenging circumstances for all. I needed a full replacement of a seepage pit, and supply, resource, and permitting issues all provided the challenges, but the Priority Pumping team kept me informed throughout the process. I knew I had chosen the right contractor after meeting with Tanya and Lauren at the outset of the project, and everyone involved helped me completely understand the process and worked with me to create a solution that worked for me and complied with all requirements. Sunset Septic has displayed a high level of incompetence at doing septic tank inspections! They failed my septic system for the following reason Septic system failed water test and a new pit is needed. We recommend a whole new system as tank is nearly 40 years old. They then quoted me a new $20k septic system, I was concerned about this response and got a second opinion from another septic company. The 2nd company quickly identified that there was a piping issue and that the system COULD NOT EVEN BE TESTED without making the piping correction. The piping was corrected and the system passed with no problem. I called Sunset Septic and spoke with the receptionist and informed her of the situation and requested a refund for their in-accurate and useless septic inspection that I paid $675 for. The receptionist told me that management would call me back to discuss. However management did not even return my call to hear my concerns, they only responded by email stating I am sorry to inform you that we will not be refunding any money to you. This shows a high level of incompetence and scamming of the customer, it is obvious they are more interested in selling $20k septic systems than meeting the actual needs of their customers. I STONGLY RECOMEND THAT ANYONE THINKING OF HIRING SUNSET SEPTIC TO DO ANYTHING RE-THINK THE THE THOUGHT AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!
