We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Joel came out on an emergency call to fix a water pipe leak that was in the wall causing a flood and ruining dry wall. He quickly found the pipe leak and was able to do very minimal cuts into the drywall to fix the pipes. Joel explained every step of the repair very thoroughly to us as it was more complex than it looked at first. They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

Called last Friday to set up an appointment. Went well and they scheduled me for today (Monday) with a time somewhere between 0800 and 1200. 1145 rolls around and I've not seen them. Call the office and told I was given a call to let me know that the tech was on the way but I received no call or message. I work evenings right now and have been up all morning waiting for this truck. At 1240 there was still no truck. Another call to Tanya at the office and she then tells me that The driver had to off load because he is full. Spoke to the manager who stated This is why we don't give out specific appointment times. She went further by saying that the driver got full and needed to offload. I did remind her the agreed time frame was 08-12. She offered $50 off. I cancelled. Regardless of if it is short staffed, poor planning, or otherwise this company couldn't seem to meet the most basic component of a job which is just showing up on time. What makes this worse is that time was a 4 hour window. I cannot speak of their onsite expertise because my money went elsewhere.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

We've been using Belsito Plumbing for our residential & commercial needs for years & they're THE BEST. Hands down. Their customer service reps are friendly & informative. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgable, punctual, patient (my husband asks A LOT of questions) & honest. I've never been disappointed & highly recommend them for all your pluming needs - you won't be disappointed! Also, they're incredibly philanthropic, donating to numerous local charities, non-profit organizations and schools - you can't beat that!

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

They came out to pump the septic tank prior to a real estate transaction. They left a complete mess, had to come back to fix their mess. Now that it is spring, I've turned on my drips again to find that they broke my irrigation lines in several places while they excavated the septic tank. Pretty poor work, would not do business with them again.
