Attention Hero Services owner. You have an unbelievable service man out in the field that NEEDS A PROMOTION!!! We are seniors on fixed income and Manny went ABOVE & BEYOND the call of duty for us!!! We own a mobile home and had a clogged toilet. My husband asked the park manager if the clog is the sewer line, is it our responsibility or theirs? She replied the water is theirs but the sewer line is our responsibilty. My husband knew this should be wrong. So we called Hero Home Services. We are first time customers. Manny found that the problem was definitely not with our home and said it had to be in the line in the neighbors yards. Manny took it upon himself to go talk to the park manager. He was gone just long enough that we could tell she was trying to give Manny the run around too. BUT because Manny is such an expert and so professional and obviously stood his ground because of his great knowledge and concern for his customer, the park manager finally told Manny she would send park maintenance. We could not believe what Manny was able to accomplish with the manager. Park maintenance came to our home quickly. WOW what did Manny tell her? Just joking on that!!! Park maintenance quickly found Manny nailed it!!! It IS the parks responsibility. They cut a hole in our sewer drain by our home and taped it over to get us going quickly and yes they have to come back next week and replace pipes in our neighbors yards. Anyone out there that does not have a plumber, CALL MANNY. He is polite, respectful, patient, has expert extensive knowledge and took time with us before he left asking us if we had any questions and explained everything to us as he worked. Not only does Manny have extensive knowledge, he has worked on homes in several mobile home parks and has had experiences with mobile home park managers and knows how they can be and how they operate and obviously by what he was able to accomplish for us, he knows exactly how to handle them. On the company business card on the back, it says Your Hero and Manny's name. Oh yes indeed, Manny is definitely our hero for his care for us and what he was able to accomplish for us. Five stars doesn't cut it. How about a trillion and more. Better yet, how about a promotion for our HERO MANNY!!!!!!! Thank you so much Manny for all you did for us and caring for us. Roger helped us with a new air conditioner, answered all our questions, and either was immediately available when I called, or would call me back very quickly. I so much appreciated working with him; he was professional, calm, and overall very pleasant. Thanks Roger.

Also Chris G. came to help us with our air conditioner and educated us a bit more in how to use it best for our house. It was late in the day and he didn't seem to be in a hurry. Thank you Chris G!!!!!

Very unprofessional and rude.. lack of communication.. septic tank was back up and I called it took them 4 days to get here and when they did they never called to confirm with me what time they’d be here.. I got a call while I was at work and couldn’t answer at the moment so they left me a voicemail saying “hey someone will be there in 5 minutes “ and that’s it.. I work 30 minutes away from home so I rushed home and nobody was there so I called and the lady who answered said well our guy went down there and nobody answered the door so he just left to the next job.. I’m like well if you would of said that you’d be there a certain time then some one would of been home don’t you think?? She just hung up didn’t care at all

So refreshing to have an honest plumber! Stevan was early to the appointment. He was extremely articulate and explained everything . After scoping the line with camera explained there was no issues with line and showed us the video. Other plumbers told us that the line was all deteriorated and needed replacement and told us it was all original cast iron when in reality it was 90% new ABS. Thank you, Stevan! Restored our faith that honest tradesmen do still exist!

We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

Bumblebee quoted me $1,865 - we found another plumber for $250 - it took them less than an hour to fix the problem.I discovered a pinhole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall. It had soaked through to the carpet somewhat, but it was a slow leak, we found it early, and there was no damage to the flooring. I opened up the wall and was able to identify the leak. I called Bumblebee - they were quick to respond, friendly and had someone out there later that day. Knowing that it was a quick job since I already cut open the wall and found the leak, I figured the price would be somewhere between $300-$500. We were shocked to get the quote of $1,800!!! They said it would take two hours and they could start right then. We sent them away.The company contacted me about the issue and said it could have been a problem with the bidding software, which is possible. The fact the price was so high should have immediately been obvious, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.I will add that everyone we dealt with the company was polite and helpful, very responsive and seemed willing to help solve the problems and try to make things right. I unfortunately had a bad experience, but I may have been an exception.

I had to have my septic tank pumped and inspected. I called to get pricing, process and availability information.Savannah was very helpful in getting the information I needed. I waited a day, called back and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Savannah sent forms and job scope through email and I was able to read things carefully before signing and submitting documents.I received a confirmation immediately.
The day of the appointment, the service tech, Keith H. sent me a text letting me know he was on his way (a little early). Upon arrival, Keith introduced me to his assistant Devone , told me what the job entailed and got right to work. Kieth and Devone were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and showed great respect for the 3 hour window of time they had to get the work done in. They answered my questions, made sure I knew what they were doing and restored the work site to what it was when the job was done.
I felt the communication, responsiveness, professionalism and and quality of work done was outstanding and I highly recommend Priority Pumping.

I have worked with the owner for over 10 years. I'm a Real Estate agent and have worked with many vendors over the years. He is cut above the rest and has always shown exceptional work ethics. He is great to work with, is very knowledgeable, is easy to get a hold of and gets all his jobs done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using this company for any future work needed.

They responded quickly, and came the next day. He explained what he was doing, and how the septic sytem works, even to neighbors stopping by with questions. He had to locate and dig down quite a bit to get access to the septic tank He did recommend installing a riser to make it easier & cheaper next time. Very pleased with the service provided by this company. I will definitely use them again.
