I was thinking of how best to describe the exceptional service which Anthony provided me. I guess the only way is to state out in public that Anthony is the gold standard by which all other service men and women are to be judged.
His uniform was clean and spotless, he was smiling, friendly and very helpful with tips and suggestions and never tried to make me feel like I was forced to do things his way.
He was very neat and clean and I was so impressed by his work and attitude that I will be using Anthony's Plumbing for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing service.

Technician Brent Sanderson arrived within 2 hours of first contact. Immediately identified our plumbing issue, didn’t try to overcharge us and push unnecessary testing services. Was kind, polite, and respectful. Explained how our septic system is set up in a way we could understand and gave us future tips. Highly recommend this company and technician for prompt and professional service.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

The sewage backup that happened six times in two years, caused by deformed underground pipes and a clog that stopped waste in the pipes from going to the main city sewer line, due to years of buildup, was repaired quickly (less than 6 hours) and professionally. Our property looks as if the repairmen were never here because they refilled the trench they dug, and restored the appearance of our front yard. They arrived on time, did a great job, and earned a permanent customer. Well done.

Tim was my plumber I had clogged sink drain he was able to get it going very quickly, he was very friendly a genuinely nice guy! Very honest..My dog Luke loved him he worked right beside him the whole time Tim was so friendly with him too...he turned a stressful day into a great day!! I had really bad pipes throughout my home. Mr. Rooter not only re-piped my entire home, but also did it with respect towards my minimal budget! Ken and the guy (sorry his name escapes me), who did the hardwork were fabulous! Every detail of what was happening was explained to me. Quality of work was top notch! They even wore the shoe covers! I could not have had any repairs made without the understanding and genuine concern from Joe! Mr. Rooters angel and mine! Thank you Mr. Rooter!
