Big thanks to Bob and his hard workers for taking care of us. We had a very tricky situation and Bob figured out a way to fix it without having to tear the inside of our home up, in fact that seemed to be the first thing on his mind, that made me extremely happy as a home owner with custom flooring. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

I had the very good luck to contact Rooter Ranger through their online advertising. Soon after speaking with their answering service I was contacted by Riley in their office to confirm my plumbing problem. She was efficient and very knowledgeable about the process. I was contacted by Barney who was assigned to handle the job. He arrived right on time. Soon my plumbing problems were completely, efficiently and professionally resolved. Most importantly, their service is honest and straightforward with NO up-selling.

I've been using Option One for a few things around the house now, so I decided to go with them again for a big project that requires toilet replacement and would cost $2000+. However, the crew did not show up at all on the day of the service without any call/updates. So I had to call the office for an ETA. At first, they couldn't find my name, my appointment or any record of the services done at my location. Then later on, they found the appointment, but the tech informed me that they got held up at another job all day and won't be able to come out at all. So they had to reschedule me for another day, which throws off my schedule. I work in healthcare so it's very hard for me to get a day off to be home, but the office/tech did not even bother letting me know the situation until I gave them a call. The lack of professionalism is very disappointing. Unfortunately after this project is over, I won't be recommend this place to anybody.

Mr Rooter Plumbing has an amazing staff. Danny Try was the one that gave a quote and open the request service. He gave a very reasonable price and he was the one that remove the faucets, garbage disposal and the R.O system. Unfortunattely Dani had to go home to take care some personal issues and Dan Dein was the one that put my sink back and install new faucet, new garbage disposal and the R.O system. Both very professional, know what they are doing and very patient. Dan even said that my new faucet looks used. He commented twice and when he tested it, there was a hole in the cord. He patiently said: easy fix. Can you go to the store and get a new cord. He wait patiently and did an awesome job checking and re checking that there was no leaks. I recomend both Dan and Dany .
