Had two bathroom sink drains clogged. Not the first time it's happened but it's been a tough project for plumbers in the past. I was looking for a drain cleaner specifically and came across great reviews for Universal Drain Cleaners. Eddy was able to come out the next day and was done with the job in about 10 minutes. He explained why the clogging is happening and what we could do to help prevent it from happening again. I was very impressed with his experience and knowledge. Plus he's just a nice guy. I will definitely use him again should I have drain issues. He also gave me a name of a plumber that he's worked with. I have never had a go-to plumber, so I will definitely try his friend when that need arises. If you have any sort of drain problems, you won't be sorry with Eddy at Universal Drain Cleaners. Everyone I spoke with was nice and professional. They told me a time frame and that I’d get a call when the plumber was on his way, and they followed through. The plumber was so friendly and quickly replaced my toilet. He even looked at another issue before he left and offered several solutions for me to decide how to handle things later. I would highly recommend them! I don’t plan to use any other plumber from now on

This was my first experience using Blue Plumbers due to a leaking faucet in the kitchen. Thanks to the technician, it was fixed in no time! He could identify the issue, knew precisely how to fix it, and explained what was happening professionally.  He arrived on time, was courteous, and had a great attitude, which was refreshing. If I need work done in the future, I will call Blue Plumbers .Thanks again, Great job.

I booked an appointment a week out. There was no call to confirm the day before so I hoped that the time frame they gave me of 8-10am would be accurate. At 9:15 I called them to confirm we were on the schedule and the receptionist who answered confirmed and said they would be there by 10. At 10, they still weren’t here and I had to leave for an appointment. My husband had to leave work to be at the house for their arrival. At 11:15am he called them and the receptionist said that they were running behind schedule and she’d check with the technician for an eta and call right back. 35 minutes later and still no call back. My husband called again. This time she said that the technician was 3 to 4 hours out. So between 3 & 4pm. This is simply unacceptable as he was missing work to be there. There was no courtesy call, no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible business practices.

The personnel staff were very friendly and helpful when I called them. The technician that came out was very professional and answered questions. He also took time and cleaned up as he went along. Keith did an excellent job. Very knowledable.of his job. And proud to work for his company. I would very highly recommend them to any one. Thank you keith.

I had the pleasure of working with Kelly, a very nice young man, who performed the septic tank inspection at my home. He was on time, professional and friendly. I didn’t know this company offered so many services and when I do need someone to come out again, I will make sure I call this company first. I shopped around and East Valley Septic was the most inexpensive and the most responsive. I had called several companies and Kelly was the only one who called me the same day. They get five stars from me.

Very professional and very accommodating. Only problem for us is that they never had an invoice or anything on paper stating our order until the day they delivered. After scheduling months in advance, payment was made and we were told that they could only give us an invoice the week of the event. Which made us nervous because it felt like there was no way to track our order. Low and behold they came through and everything was perfect.
