SCOTT rescued us our tanks were full. We were going to dump on our travels. Master cylinder had gone out on our coach. We had our tanks serviced last spring by another company. We could not dump our Grey tank handle came off first time after we had it serviced. Now we we were sitting with full tanks. We made many calls for someone to suck out tanks. Scott was very through he was able to dump tanks. He also told us what the problem with the Grey tank was with the handle. He gave suggestions how to temporary fix.
Supposedly the company we had serviced coach in the spring warranty their work. They will need to put in new valve gate, again.
We very much appreciated Scott helping us. It was a late night for him.
We recommend this company. I would call Scott again if we need to.
We are still waiting for someone to come to us to replace etc the master cylinder. We have no brakes.

The drain between my kitchen and laundry room was clogged so I called one call plumbing, and wow was I impressed. Todd was here 15 minutes (not kidding) after I called them. Their prices were extremely fair and the service I received from Todd G. was top-notch. Todd got my drain cleared out in under 20 minutes and I'm happy to report everything is back in normal working condition. I will certainly use them next time I have a plumbing issue.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Called on a Sunday to clear out main house trap. Was pleasantly surprised to learn it would only be $47, even on a weekend (our cleanout trap is easily accessible from outside the house). They followed up promptly by phone to confirm the appointment and Isaac showed up at the scheduled time. I was very impressed with his professionalism and there was no hard sell for other services. He cleared the trap and was on his way within 30 minutes. Would definitely use them again if/when the need arises.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. The other receptionist who worked with her was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am very happy with the service I received today. Thank you Sierra and Septic Technologies Inc. After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

I thought Option One did just drain clearings. I have used them for a few commercial properties I manage. I am so glad that I called them to try to fix what I thought was the unfixable. They fixed a roof drain that has been leaking when it rains forever! The roofing company kept trying to fix it, my maintenance man tried. Sammy with Option One took a look, conferred with an associate who came out also and they came up with a plan to repair. Best thing was--they didn't charge an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling upon them again.

Bumblebee Plumbing has some of the best customer service my family and I have experienced in a long time! From their scheduling team to the maintenance team, everyone was polite, kind, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend them. Bill replaced all the parts on our toilet so it wouldn’t leak anymore as well as fixed our laundry room’s cold water spout. He showed me where the problems were, before and after, and made sure I was comfortable with the work he did. He did a fabulous job!
