We have a leak from upstairs bathroom to downstairs bathroom. They came out the same day and their technician Donny was AMAZING! The Mr.Rooter plumber arrived early, was professional and very personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, made a fast trip to obtain the correct parts, and had the toilet fixed in no time. He then performed a complimentary review of all the household plumbing. With the coupon the business made available, the cost was more reasonable than other plumbers have charged.

We woke up to a leak in our water heater/HVAC/washer dryer area today and called This Plumbing Services. They got Johnny out to our house within an hour and a half. Johnny was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, especially when it turned out that we're just new homeowners who didn't notice that the drainage hose from our HVAC was pinched. He explained everything to us as he was doing it, showed us what to watch out for in the future, gave us advice on how to maintain this drainage system (because the hose is not huge in diameter), and it was all for a reasonable price (especially on a Sunday). He got this all done quickly - what I thought was going to be an afternoon-long, bank breaking ordeal turned out to be quick and painless, thanks to Johnny!

Blue Plumbers came out yesterday a DAY EARLY to reroute our hot water line as we had a slab leak! The sense of urgency and understanding started in the office I spoke with both technicians , they were both fantastic with getting me up to speed and on the schedule right away! The plumbers that were dispatched were the most understanding professional and nice gentlemen! They did an excellent job making sure we knew what was taken place every step of the way! They did a fantastic job making sure they cleaned up every ounce of their mess when complete. This plumbing service is our go-to plumbing company for sure!
