The guy they sent couldn't do it, said the parts were incompatible, etc. and said he would have someone call me later. No call ever came.I found Mr Rooter online and filled out a request for quote. Within the hour, a rep called me and scheduled the installer for a couple of days later.The installer (Will) arrived promptly, had no problem installing the toilets, and was delightful to talk to. He went over the features of the toilet with me and made sure all my questions were answered.Just a great experience from top to bottom (no pun intended).
