They set me up with everything I needed and did not try to sell me on unnecessary stuff just to make extra bussiness like some companies do. I felt very respected and David our contractor made sure he explained all my options and help me select the perfect water heater and package I needed for my house size. He also made sure I got my veteran discount. From the dispatch person who notified me before sending the contractors, to the other office lady who checked in with me and made sure I was happy with my service, to the 2 contractors that completed the installation of my water heater, I felt very satisfied with their customer service. We used Priority for septic tank pumping, repair, and adding a riser .
Our original time frame had to be changed from early am to early afternoon.
When they finally showed up, they were an hour plus late outside of the 2 hour window time frame.
Keith was the only one doing any work , as he had a new guy with him who didn’t do much at all.
Once he finally dug down to the septic tank, he found a couple of issues that needed repair along with the pumping of the tank. We had to wait another nine days with an open trench in the yard and nothing to even cover it. That is a liability on their part, seems how we have small dogs and have had other workers at our home to perform weed and pest spray. Just think if someone had small children. Seems odd that they wouldn’t tarp it or use caution tape for that open area.

I was also not happy to find out that there was all this extra money tacked on for labor, that I was never notified of or told about. I had even called the office the day before and spoke to Sophie, about exactly what the costs were and nothing was mentioned about the $300 labor charge that was tacked on to our already inflated bill. They only mentioned the riser and the repair amounts, while failing to mention the labor charges.

I will admit that Keith was knowledgeable and professional, however it doesn’t take away the negatives .

Bout 45mins the H2O was flowing again, & Ken packed up. Rooter will f/up line camera ck, part of job cost, to show line condition, clear or other potential issue. They'll return Free if it happens again.

Jack was excellent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. He replaced my boiler and was the only engineer who seemed to know what to do with the boiler flue in my flat, which the previous engineer had installed awkwardly and incorrectly. He arrived, did the job as expected, cleaned up, and was courteous! I would strongly advise you to use him.

After being let down by one of the larger on-line so-called 'emergency' plumbing services who failed to arrive within the time agreed, James was with me within half an hour. I have no reservations in recommending James, who is knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. This is a rare combination these days.
