Ralph and nuflow were awesome to work with. Although I ultimately didn’t end up using their services I wouldn’t hesitate to in the future. Ralph made it out to my house within a few days of my inquiry and did a very professional examination of the pipes I needed repaired. He put together a report and I had an estimate in two days. He was very responsive and easy to talk to. You can tell a company is great when they have great management and nuflow nailed it. Thanks again

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

This is a pleasantly surprising update. Last week Bobby from Rooter Ranger came by my house to discuss my issues w/ them. He sat & really listened & never made any excuses for the previous guy's mistaken diagnosis of my plumbing. He went on to say the company would be issuing me a full refund & apologized for what happened.I'm pleased & impressed. Not too many people or companies today willing to admit their mistake & make it right.I gave this review 6 months ago after Rooter Ranger charged me $500 to camera & hydro jet my kitchen drains from vent on roof to help open drains up for flow. What I omitted was the fact that his original quote was $550. When I told him that was out of my budget he went on to say most companies would charge more & perhaps I could find a company to charge less but his company's prices were right in line with average. I was still uncertain when he finally said, O.K. We'll do it for $500 IF you give us a good review on google & yelp.6 months later & my plumbing problem returned with a vengeance. I took some comfort in the fact that Rooter Ranger gave me a 1 year warranty on the work.Not quite! More gibberish & Rooter Ranger now wanted $2,000 to really fix the problem. But to help you out I'll subtracted the $500 you paid on previous work & charge you ONLY $1,500.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.This time I called Apache Plumbing. Robert told me plain & simple, the main sewer line was plugged. After going up on the roof & looked for a main drain clean-out fitting, which I didn't have. H went on to run the washing machine through the spin cycle several times while flushing all the toilets simultaneously to watch where & how much water was backing up into guest bathroom tub.Spending a total of almost 2 hours he roto rooted main line pipe 20 ft. from the roof & clear tree roots. Problem solved, though if it ever clogs again he recommended camera & installing clean outs.The Bill- $113.50 which included a 10% senior citizen discount.Robert's honesty & his company's integrity truly make Apache Plumbing Services THE best plumbing company in the greater Phoenix area.I regret letting Rooter Ranger coerce me into writing the review I did for them.The Best! Everything you'd want in a Plumbing company; fair pricing & knowledgeable, courteous technicians. An extra shout out to Adrian. In the heat & up on my roof, he went above & beyond to solve my blocked kitchen pipes.Thanks guys

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I was considering using Option One Plumbing for the total replumb of my manufactured home. I was scheduled for an estimate but when the day came, no one showed. I called after my estimate time came and went and they said they would get back to me and then hours later rescheduled me.The day comes of the rescheduling and as I am waiting for them to arrive, the estimator calls and tells me he won't be in today and wants to reschedule. I call Option One and they told me they didn't even know he wasn't coming in today yet...Finally, I am rescheduled AGAIN. (Not even for the next day because they wanted me to pay $150 for them to come out on a Sunday even after this is the SECOND time I was rescheduled)The day of the reschedule, they send out a text when the estimator is on the way approximately 30 minutes before with their picture and name. Only for a completely different plumber to show up which initially took me aback as I was a female home alone until I noticed he was driving an Option One plumbing van. But why have that feature if it isn't correct? . I was also supposed to receive a call from a supervisor the morning of this second rescheduled estimate appointment but never received a call.Anyway, I am then quoted OVER DOUBLE of what another plumbing company quoted me while I was waiting to see if Option One would ever end up coming out.Overall a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience with Option One Plumbing.

This company should be ashamed of itself. They wanted to charge $1700 just to hook up my kitchen sink- that was already installed. All they had to do was attach lines from dishwasher, sink, garbage disposal as well as put 2 new lines coming from wall valves. Maybe an hr to 2 max job. $1700!! That should be illegal, and I feel bad that people that don't know better would pay that. We went with a different licensed plumber, and he did the job for $500- and in amount, besides hooking up the sink, he also fixed our tub drain. Price gouging should be illegal. Sad thing is that I used them for my water heater before- and even though they were slightly higher- I used them and was fine. Even recommended them to people. I will NO longer be doing that, not after seeing how they take advantage of a simple job like hooking up a sink.

I originally called Priority Pumping to do an inspection on my septic system to sell our home. Unfortunately, during the inspection we found out that the inspector that did the inspection 3 yrs earlier when we bought the home was a liar and passed the septic system when and shouldn't have, because it was corroded and coming apart. But Priority Pumping showed us what they found and then worked with us to get it replaced and completed within 3 weeks so we could complete the sale of our house on time. From the owner, Tanya to Dusty, the gentleman that did the entire install. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This company did a fabulous job and I would recommend them for all your septic needs. They get the job done without excuses and without hidden costs and are very fairly priced. In the current business market where it seems so hard to trust companies to get a fair deal and a job well done, Priority Pumping rises above the rest!! I recently had the opportunity to use All Pro Plumbing Services and was very pleased with the level of service that I received. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The pricing was also very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable their rates were. Overall, I had an excellent experience with All Pro Plumbing Services, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I am so furious! If I could give no stars I would! In the process of selling my home and needed septic pumped and inspected. I was told they could put me on the schedule for a week from today which was Thursday...and today. When I asked if they could give me a time frame I was told they could not ......it could be anytime up until the time they closed. At 4pm they had not showed up yet! When I called them up they said I wasn't on the schedule!!!! Really? Wrong thing to do to a home owner in the process of moving! Such poor business practice! Do yourself a favor and skip this place! Plus, NO apology nothing!!!

RUN! This company is beyond unprofessional. They sent their tech Trevor to check our septic valves and make sure they can pump the tank successfully. He gave us the thumbs up and said his team would be in touch. After not hearing back from them to schedule the pump, I called and they said one of their pump techs would call me back. Turns out without telling me they sent a different company to my house that has low ratings and different pricing without telling me. The whole time I was under the impression that I knew which company I was using and what pricing I was getting. They bait and switch you … do not book with them!!
