We reached out to Cooper's and not only was their pricing for the same repairs drastically lower, but they also were able to expedite the scheduling of the repairs so that we could get them completed before the close of escrow on the home. Jerry Schultz was integral in getting everything set up and the 2 technicians that came out Peni & Peni (father & son) were spectacular. Not only were they friendly and professional, but explained everything thoroughly so that we understood the process. My husband and I were constantly sneezing in our home and we were told that an air scrubber may be helpful. I called One Call Services and Mitch installed an air purifier in the air duct and within days the air in our home was so much cleaner and fresher smelling and our sneezing stopped. Nu Flow they are a great company to work with. The service they provide is beyond incredible between the office teams, the cameras crew and the men working on the lining jobs spot on. We called them at 8:30 and they were here and done by 10:30. I called 2 other companies, which either didn't answer or were booked 2 weeks out and didn't call back to make an appointment as promised. The driver was professional, pleasant and helpful in showing me what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves. I would definitely recommend this company.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Luis and Fernando called first and came out at 8:00 p.m. After I spent 2.5 hours looking for an available plumber who would respond to my call, I was referred to Rooter Ranger by a busy plumber. They answered the phone at 6:15 p.m. and I made an appointment for that same evening at 8:00 p.m. They were friendly, courteous, conscientious and assessed the problem within 10 minutes. They discovered I needed my septic pumped, and said to please contact them after the septic was pumped. They were super friendly and I will have them back out again after the septic is pumped. They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

One of my properties had a huge sewer issue. Preston and his team from Mr. Rooter came out late on a Saturday night. They assessed the problem and got it fixed promptly. The project was large and took multiple days, and during that time they kept in constant communication with myself and my tenants on the work that was being done. They did a great job, were friendly, on time, and always took my phone calls and answered my questions. Very professional, great service, highly recommend them for your plumbing and sewer needs.

We had a personal issue happen that required us to get our upstairs toilet looked at to make sure it wasnt leaking into the floor.
They were able to get somebody out within the week. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. Within a couple hours he had our toilet fixed with the peace of mind that it wasnt leaking into the floor. Frank also discovered that the shut of valve wasnt working properly and was able to fix that on the same visit.

After being let down by one of the larger on-line so-called 'emergency' plumbing services who failed to arrive within the time agreed, James was with me within half an hour. I have no reservations in recommending James, who is knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and reasonably priced. This is a rare combination these days.

Overall, the end result was very good. However, the process was not what I had expected.I had a leak coming from my upstairs bathtub drain (the only shower in my house) that leaked through the floor/ceiling to the downstairs dining room. I called Option One around 4:30PM and asked for a fix ASAP. I was surprised to get a time frame of between 6:00-8:00PM. When no one had arrived or called by 8:15PM, I called back to see what the ETA was, and I was given a new time frame of 9:30-10:30PM. I politely asked to just reschedule for the next day between 5:00-7:00PM. The next day the Technician, Andrew, called to let me know he had been a little delayed but would be to my house by 8:00PM. When he arrived with his associate, They gave me a quote of $125 to cut open the wall to see where the leak is occurring. They quickly diagnosed the leak and gave me a rundown of how they would need to go about fixing it along with a quote of $115 to make the actual repairs. The only problem was they didn't have the parts to do it that night. We scheduled for the next day at 2:00PM to fix it. I received a call the next day letting me know that they were again running behind but would arrive around 4:00PM. After arriving at the door, Andrew notified me that he forgot one part and had to make another run to the plumbing supply store. About 30 minutes later he was back and had my leak repaired within an hour. I was given my final bill with the costs for the diagnosis, parts, and labor exactly as quoted. I was given an invoice with a breakdown of what was done and how much it cost to fix. And I was pleased to find that there was even a 60 day warranty included.Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable and, when having the right parts, was able to get the job done quickly. The only problem I had were with the time windows for when to expect someone. With a minor change in philosophy by not over promising, I would have been completely satisfied with my experience. Instead, I am left somewhat satisfied with the experience but pleased with the end result.
