Ben Aguilar came to our home on short notice, quickly fixed a clogged drain that another company had not. We were impressed with his explanation of what happened, where in the line it happened, and what to do to try to prevent it from re-occurring. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever need anything. And he has a very nice personality. We're thankful for his and Reddi's help!

Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

This was my 2nd time using Cooper, last time was 2005. Just used these guys today, 3/15/16. Septic backed up/ full, called, they were out in an hour or so, pretty good for not being planned. Charged to empty by the 1000 gallon. Had a 100ft hose so they did not have to drive on the lawn. Guy was sharp, professional, conscientious and left the tank clean. I appreciated they did not attempt to run the bill up due to taking a little coaxing to get the solids out. Did some teaching on maintenance, how to keep the system healthy. Gave the operator a tip.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

My wife and I are very satisifed with Nuflow!! Stevan was our sales rep and great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. When ready for installation day Corey and the crew were on time called when on the way and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process. They were done in 2 day's like they said with the relining process. Followed by them was Brandon and the crew to come out dig in our master bedroom to replace a broken pipe. They were in and out in a day with the concrete leveled back to where it was to begin with. I would highly recommend Nuflow!!!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

I had the cast iron under my house replaced recently. Rooter Ranger arrived within an hour of me calling. My bathtub was filled with water and I was in way over my head. Gabe showed up and was able to get the water to flow again. Once they scoped it I saw my pipes were in terrible shape and needed replacement. We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

I highly recommend this company!! I was in a pinch and needed someone out same day to pump a full tank. Sierra called the tech and was able to squeeze me in same day. Thank goodness! Sierra has been absolutely fantastic to work with!!! She's super responsive, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable. She provided me with helpful updates on when the tech was going to be out. She's definitely a high quality employee. After callimg 2 companiea that could not help with an emergency, I called Septic Technologies. The lady on the phone asked a lot of questions to ensure we got the best service, then had someone out within the hour. Gilbert was our tech and he was amazing. I have used Ducks Septic twice. The first time when I was buying my current home 5 years ago and a septic inspection was required. Ducks did a great job then. In September 2020, I called them for a routine pumping. There were no issues with the septic system, I just wanted to do a preventative cleaning to keep the dry well (similar to leach lines) from getting filled with solids.

The service tech called when he was on his way. Very friendly and got right to work. When the tank was empty and rinsed out, he packed up his hoses and left no mess. The best news is I asked if we could add something so the hunt for the underground tank cap would be easier in the future. He added a riser pipe and a plastic cover.

The cost of everything was VERY reasonable. I will have them do a pump out every 2 years to avoid expensive repairs in the future. Thank you. Great job.
