I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Jake is very knowledgeable and thorough with his work. He treats every property like his own. For any of you septic needs he always makes sure the area is looking better then when the first dig was made. If you know septic work it’s hard to find contractors that take pride in their work. We are new home owners and didn't know where to start when committing to a plumber . We are always afraid of getting ripped off when going to companies for work, but Anthony's plumbing was far from ripping us off. Mark provided us with so much knowledge about the plumbing in our 1950s home, and went above and beyond to fix the problem so we would not have to spend thousands to fix the issue. He was polite and very personable. Anytime we have a plumbing issue we will defiantly be calling Anthony's plumbing again, and Mark will be our go to guy!

We had sewage coming out of our toilet, we called Hero Home Services and they got here within an hour. They found the issue in our pipes and walked us through all our options. Orlando was extremely helpful through the entire process of replacing our pipes. As a first time homeowners we couldn't have asked for a better professional and person to help us through this. Orlando even bought us breakfast a few days since we didn't have a usable kitchen. He is amazing! Thank you so much. If we ever have any plumbing issues, we know who to call :)

Reddi Services was great. They responded very fast, Benjamin was there and explained what could be wrong and options available. He was very professional and fair. I would recommend him. This is after I checked with other Plumbing companies for the same issue, some took 2 days to call me back, and couple of them gave me estimate that was 5 times higher. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I have worked with Valleywide Plumbing for the last 2 years. I have used them to fix issues with our plumbing in the bathrooms for our company. They have always responded in a timely manner & give me an eta on their arrival. They respond quickly usually out the same day depending on when the issue is reported but at least out the next day. I've worked with Patrick every time and he is always pleasant and very customer service focused. Good at evaluating what the problem is, offers solutions & recommendations to correct the problem. If parts need to be ordered, I receive a phone call immediately to give me an update.

Last year, we had a minor flood issue in the building from a tube that broke off the toilet over night. We called Valleywide Plumbing, Patrick came out immediately, fixed the problem with replacement tubing and took the initiative to locate & contact a water restoration company for me to start drying out the water damage.

Needed my blocked septic tank line rooted out. Called Coopers Sewer and Drain; very friendly person answered the phone promptly and politely. The scheduler managed to get their technician out later that day. Justin arrived ahead of scheduled time, very polite, and professional, he listened to my explanation symptoms. Brought out the tools, he explained what he was doing every step of the way. He cleared the blockage, and ran water through the pipes.. I was very impressed with the service and would recommend and use this company again. Thank you Justin

One call plumbing supposedly replaced a filtered water faucet for $440. The same day they installed it, it still wasn't fixed and the guy was already leaving. He fixed it by cleaning out cold water slime out of the pipe and replacing a blue line plastic thingy under the sink going to the water filter, he took his $440 and left. A couple of days later it was leaking again and the same technician came out and looked at it and blamed the cold water slime, he cleaned it and left. A week later it was doing the exact same thing, leaking from the faucet on top. The same technician came out and looked at, then blamed it on the whole water filter system. Basically they never fixed what was wrong with it and simply GUESSED at what the problem was and never pin poined the real problem. I do not recommend One Call Plumbing. Steer clear of them.

I am going through the process of some sewer line repairs and having our house sewer relined, and so far they have been great!

The price was honestly more than I hoped, but there were also more work needed than I initially wanted(this was confirmed by several companies) and they are well worth the price. We signed a contract for a 3 day job and twice we got rescheduled for earlier than expected so now we are going to be done before our initially expected start date.

During day 1 they found that part of the job would not need to be soon, which saved some money, but also found some unexpected damage underneath. In the end even with an update to the job our price remained the same. Both crews that came out were professional and friendly.

Throughout the process they have had great communication and have done great work. We have 1 last expected day of work, I will update if anything changes. I would highly recommend getting a quote and going with them.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

Paradise Valley Septic did an excellent job.

Amazing experience with this company. They were professional and respectful of our property and ourselves. They explained the process and the cost before doing any work. They were thorough and completed their job, very efficiently, and on time with what the job in tailed. I would definitely recommend this company and we would use this company in the future if need be.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
