This was not our first time using A-Z Septic Pumping and every experience we have had has been top notch. From the office to the field we were treated professionally and promptly. Yazmin and Able are both very knowledgable and extremely helpful. On site Able answered all my questions and he worked very hard and he still made time to have a pleasant conversation. We would highly recommend them for anyone to use without worry!

called him on a friday night for a multi housing property we have, & let me tell you for it being at 6pm they were out there able to get the job started & completed the next day. i was shocked with such ease, quickness & professional service. i even saved some money when he went out. i was being charged normally $1200. mike only charge me 800! man i appreciate this man & what his company does. thank you again brother for everything.

Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

Going through a septic inspection for the sale of a house is stressful - just no way around it. I am really appreciative of the work Macho Contracting did inspecting our two septics. They always showed up on time, were great about keeping me informed and explaining not just the findings but options on how to address anything that came up. Robbie and Daniel were great to work with and very knowledgable. It’s a family owned business that from what I saw cares about their customers, which is difficult to find these days. I will use them again for general plumbing work, and obviously highly recommend them.

Our septic was hidden under a artificial grass play area in our yard. We had no idea where it was, Cave Creek Septic went to work like a team of archaeologists and found it in no time. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done, fixed some issues and put the yard back to what it looked like before they started. We are very happy with their service

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

Horrible experience, would not recommend if you actually need service. Made an appointment, appointment was confirmed with a provided window of service. Plumber no called no showed for the appointment. Had to call customer service “dispatch” for an update, and was provided a new 3 hour window. Plumber still no shows with no call or explain action from the company. Dispatch was less than helpful. Beyond disappointing for a company that claims to take pride in customer service.

Rick and his crew at Casa Grande Septic have always went above and beyond. The knowledge and hard work make them the best in the state and will make your experience easy and painless. The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

Used this company 4 times in the last 2 years. Very responsive, professional. Everybody seems to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They kept me updated on every single step. No surprises. Jon and Robbie installed a new leach field for us. They did an absolutely fantastic job. It was completed on time, they were very careful on the installation to minimize any impacts to the landscape, they installed a new leach field system while finding the right spot for it, filled the area, and contoured the area to provide proper drainage during the rainy season. Overall, a job well done! Thank you and we will use you again.

I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Great company give them a call.

Chad was the one who came out and helped clean out our spetic tank. We just bought the house and had no idea of when the last time it was cleaned or even where it was located. Chad never once had any issue with it, he said he would find it and let me know how the tank looked. He spent a while out there, ensuring it was cleaned out and working good for our family. Chad was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. He gave me advise on the tank and how often to get it cleaned. I would absolutely recommend Chad each time. Thank you for all your hard work!!
