Heater did not seem to be working correctly. Grayson came to check things out. I feel he did a thorough inspection but did not find anything wrong. I had a few questions which he answered completely

Great company and people! Very knowledgeable and informative. They worked hard to get my new heat pump installed without the extra expense of a hiring a carpenter like another company told I would have to do to get the new unit in. They know their business and do it well! They may not be the cheapest company you can find but when I have something as important as new air conditioning installed I am happy to know that it is done right and backed up by a company that will be around if something should go wrong.

Plumbing problems are a pain in the neck. Its the one thing I cant do and dislike the most about taking care of my home. Scott is the guy you want on your side to help with any issue you cant take care of around your house. He was there when he said he would be....called ahead to confirm....had no issues running to get the parts i didnt have already - and was quick and efficient in his work. Tommy was very professional and came out same day to inspect old electrical box with a fuse issue. Ultimately didn't need an immediate repair, but was able to put mind at east quickly on of course a 110+ degree day to ensure electrical would work. Will contact T&K again for future needs.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
