Best Electrical Outlet And Switch Installation in Phoenix AZ
Randy and Tyra are an amazingly professional team. We have utilized their services twice. Upon moving into our town home in Tempe they assisted with rehanging doors, installing excellent lighting in my wife's craft room, making general drywall repairs in the home, and installing exterior light fixtures. They were more than willing to provide an estimate prior to work which was extremely detailed and accurate. If you're looking for a professional team that can handle any repair job in your home and complete it with great precision I would highly recommend Randy and Tyra.

Johnny is a rockstar. I had a list of odd things that had to get done around our house including removal of our pool fence, some interior sheetrock patches and repaints. Johnny's estimate was super competitive, he was available quickly, and he completed the work beautifully. We are so happy we found him, will be using him again, and highly recommend you do too.

The lady they have answering the phone says they do not service the Mesa area even though it is listed on their website under the cities served section on the home page of their website.

They came by to install my dishwasher which the contractors from Home Depot would not due (due to insurance reasons, they could not install a dishwasher 90 degrees from the kitchen sink... supposedly).
My house was remodeled by the previous owner, and the space between the kitchen floor and the counter made the installation difficult, making the job somewhat non-standard. They stuck with it and got the job done.
Clean cut, professional and courteous. I am calling them again to address a leak in my shower.

I am so glad I found Mark. Finally found someone who knows how to do things right & takes pride in his work. Very reasonable pricing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I use this Company for my two rental properties and my personal residence for all handyman needs. The most important quality of this business is they are reliable, show up when they say, get the job done right. This seems to be harder and harder to find now but Crew of Two is just that!

I hired the company to paint my living room, hallway and 1 other wall. I had the paint and primer. I just needed the labor. The bid was OK, not the cheapest I'd received, but in the middle range.
The painter was skilled. He worked efficiently. However, both my bathrooms and my kitchen had been painted previously by others with the same paint - same can/lot #. The walls had been primed first because the color to be covered was brown. This was true in the new areas to be painted as well. Brown walls were being covered. I showed the painter before he started that I had the paint and the primer. (I'd mentioned this originally when I'd gotten the bid and the man making the bid agreed with me about the primer.)
When he was finished, I thought the color wasn't right, but credited it to it not quite being dry. Not so. I expected the color to be the same as kitchen, etc., a creamy white. The color is beige. The difference being is that the painter didn't prime the walls first. Apparently my fault for not paying closer attention?
I complained to Seneca, the office liaison. She was apologetic and talked to the painter. He claims he put on 2 coats of paint. How does that work? I thought the painter would go around the areas twice. He only made one turn around all the areas. Regardless, because the walls weren't primed, the color isn't true. There's a fade in from the original brown.
Seneca told me she'd contact the owner. Maybe I haven't given him enough time, but I'm sick over a very costly mistake. At the very least he should apologize. I have to live with a color I dislike until I can afford to paint again. Plus I'll have to buy more paint adding further to the cost since he used up what I had as intended.

I would be very wary of using Lundsford handyman services. Read full post for full experience but long story short, we paid up front for 6 interior doors and paint to be installed and now almost 5 months later we have no doors and received only half of our money back and have to look into small claims for the remaining. Multiple no call no shows to at least deliver us our materials so we could find someone else to install plus we offered to pick them up ourselves. Now from this experience I am so worried about hiring anyone else to get our job done this has caused a lot of anxiety. We normally do a lot of DIY but we’re really looking for experienced help which we were told he had to get this one right. This might sound first world problemish but we have a really bad problem with our hollow core doors expanding in summer to the point they scrape really bad or we can’t close them at all which is super difficult with a newborn and we’re so looking forward to having this done. This has been such a negative experience I wonder who else this service has taken advantage of. See below for full experience.
We hired Chase to do a job April 28th and paid for materials up front and labor due upon completion. Scheduled for June 18th after supposed material delivery delays. June 17th I texted confirmation that he would be here next day for install. June 18th he messaged saying some family stuff came up and would update asap. Supposedly then he has had family drama and Covid and his carpenter got Covid (we were not even aware that anyone else was involved to complete our job). Didn’t hear any news back until July 7 that he would deliver our materials to us as soon as he had a truck available (what kind of handyman doesn’t have a truck). I responded my husband has a truck and can pick up our stuff anytime. July 8 he said he will bring that weekend. No response to multiple calls/texts (never answers calls and only texts back days later) until July 14 that will bring everything Monday or Tuesday and complete install the following week. Nothing until July 22 that he will bring the next day. No response to call/text again until July 25 will bring the next day. July 27 will be here Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Monday I asked for reimbursement if he can’t deliver them. Then looking back I see he ordered per the screenshot sent the wrong size materials ??♀️. I finally said we will go route of small claims if he does not reimburse us at this point. He argued he can’t return at this point and that I should have requested reimbursement sooner ??♀️??♀️??♀️. This guy has been jerking us around for almost 4 months now. Home Depot said they can give us full store credit if brought without a receipt and can order correct size ourselves. I said we can give one more chance to bring our stuff as promised and we can get our credit ourselves. Supposedly now he already initiated return and needs a few days to scrape together money to reimburse us since can only get 75% refund himself. Also asking not to leave any negative reviews that his life is in shambles. He has been completing and posting other jobs on his Facebook page in the meantime. We received half reimbursement 8/10/22 and other half still not sent to us and it is now 8/24/22
