Great experience! Our son bought a house and we came to help make sure things were in order. Found the HVAC wasn’t working. The service was excellent and our Tech, Joey even called our son to go over the repairs! HVAC is working now. Highly recommend Penguin.

I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

At 3:30 am on Christmas night we had to call for a toilet that was backed up and overflowing. That didn’t deter our amazing plumber (Sean) that had over an hour drive to come and save us in Queen Creek. He was so kind, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything and was fast and efficient. Our personal superhero. Thank you Sean! We won’t be using anyone other than Parker and Sons after this experience.
