We contacted ProSkill to have a technician come out to check out a terrible leak we had, at a water faucet in our front yard. Kane Clark was quick to identify the source of the problem and replaced the hose bib. I then asked him to check out one of our toilets that I believed had a minor leak. Sure enough, it did.Kane then gave me couple of options as to how I could approach the issue. He is definitely customer oriented, looking for ways to service the customer in the most economic way. My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
