RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. I would definitely recommend their services.

This company has not returned our calls my insurance company is replacing thd unit improperly installed and we will file a complaint with the registrar's of contractor's

Tommy and his guy Jorge were great. They both did everything they could to help us get power back in our apartment. Our unit had no power for 4 days. Unfortunately, maintenance didn’t reach out to these guys sooner but when they did, they worked as quickly as they could to help us out. I would definitely contract them myself for any future repairs we might need. Excellent service.
