Our worst customer service with Parker & Sons after being a client for over 10 years. Totally unresponsive. No follow up call after 2 requests. Once we got service, technician Joel Munoz did an excellent job. Its the front office incompetence that is the issue. Will be looking at another vendor.

The technician, Jon Perez, was on time, professional, proficient and efficient!Had my A/C up and running in record time and was very engaged and courteous during the process.Explained what was needed and how he fixed the issue and showed me the parts replaced and gave me insightful advice about maintaining the system going forward.Made sure to get his card as I will definitely use Crispy & Jon again if/when needed.

Tommy is very responsive and does great work. I can always count on Tommy to the well and on time. Will surely work with him again and again.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
