He was extremely thorough, detailed, communicative, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything pertaining to our unit (good and bad) and provided us with the information required to make a difficult decision much easier. He is the reason we decided to purchase from Day & Night.In terms of the installation, the team was professional, hard-working, neat and clean, and paid good attention to detail. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well).
