When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.

these guys right away couple of months ago when one of our unit was not working right. The service man who showed up was prompt and courteous, recommended that we should get two new units so both will have 10 years warranty.he explained a few things about his service which sounded good . after signing and paying by credit card within 3-4 days 2 techs came and replaced both units.. did the clean up and said some one from the company will come soon to fix the wooden frame. or else call us. we called nobody showed up but later calling again a guy came to fix the wood frame they had taken out. when asked did you change the filters as we were promised. he said not his job. call the filter guy will come in 3 days . So far we called 2-3 times. The front desk lady refused totally that they don't fix filters they only take your money and set up the the ac units. After lot of back and forth she said she will see what she can do, No answer yet. nobody showed up in the last 2 months .so this review. She had also said you complain to the company not to her. Does this sound like good service?Our next complaint will be to BBB.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

Except for costing more money!!! The experience was painless. The gentleman, who I spoke with, was courteous & explained all aspects of the warranty in terms clearly & in language that I could easily understand.

This was the best experience with a company I have had sent out from any home warranty company. Jesus was the tech that came out to my house, and he was very professional and friendly. He took his time to try and figure out what was going on and fix the problem. The office and scheduling was perfectly professional and friendly as well, got me in a very reasonable time frame. Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.
