Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.

Had AirZona HVAC come give me a Quote on a New unit and was very Happy with the price i was given compared to others companies i got Quotes from. So made a appointment on May 28, 2019 to get my NEW unit installed and was Very Happy with the 3 gentleman that came and did a Great Job with everything! My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.
