Best Residential House Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Went to call for a quote but they wouldn't give me ANY information without giving them all of my information! Not a good way to get business... By forcing solicitation

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

We had an attic water leak 3 days before Thanksgiving. I've never had to use a Restoration company because of home damage before and PuroClean was recommended to us. They showed up before Thanksgiving to get us started with the demo of the damage to the house. They were informative and let us know ahead of time all that was going to happen. Whoever showed up for the day always called ahead of time to inform us they were on their way. They were courteous, respectful, professional and did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any inside home demo work.

We had a pet related incident on our nice rug - Julio and Joe were extremely responsive in getting us service within an our of our call. Not only did they have extremely prompt communication, but they gave us a rough estimate for each piece to be cleaned via text after we shared a photo (we also got our mid-century sectional + two chairs cleaned during their visit). They were friendly, professional, and extremely efficient when they arrived. Would highly recommend!

Best service I've ever recieved. The owner really goes above and beyond. He was able to come by the house give a quote and in the same day completed 4 bedrooms! The carpets went from ugly to beautiful. Very was impressive to say the least.
