The prices were reasonable given the fact that we already had an active leak and needed someone ASAP, and he offered advice on other plumbing questions we had for future home projects. Once the technician actually shows up, they do an outstanding job. The problem is with scheduling. I waited around Sunday from 10-2, even called before 10am to confirm but they didn't show. When I called at 3pm they asked to reschedule. No reason given, the person I talked to asked but said the scheduler provided no reason. Their scheduling process needs work but their technicians do a great job once they get there.
