Best Repair Options in Phoenix AZ

5 stars? Fake reviews. This company is horrible. Everytime I have called a rude man answers the phone. Had one of their guys come out 2 days ago. He walks in and says wow its hot in here and the humidity is bad. He looks at the thermostat and its 87. When he leaves he says hes getting 20 degrees at the split. The unit is old, wore out and cant cool anymore. He reports to the warranty company hes getting 19 at the split and the ac is working fine. Completley different than what he said in my house!! This is the 4th company the warranty company has sent. The other 3 companies said the unit needs to be replaced. I call to ask why the guy reported something completely different than what he said in my house. The rude man answered the phone said they have to report their findings. I said I understand that but he clearly could feel and see the ac is not working properly. He even said it wasnt!! The guy said he would have the technician call me! Horrible, horrible did I say horrible???? 3 other companies said replace the unit. The warranty company sends a 4th company and he says that??? Leaving reviews all over on this company!!

Very happy with my winter maintenance service and especially the tech they sent out, Ian. Ian’s customer service was fantastic. During the maintenance he was doing on the roof. He would send me videos of everything he was doing and testing and cleaning and how they stood up to specs. I really like this video presentation service that George Brazil is doing now.

When it comes to AC issues there's no one better. On time, reliable, and friendly.

Have always had wonderful, professional service from Robert Lockwood. He has been my service guy since the beginning and is very knowledgeable of my system. I miss Jojo so much. She really had her act together. My experience with the new staff is lower than low. I was cancelled several times and finally, my appointment was not on time with the office. But for Robert, Iwould seek another company to take care of my system. Just don't think you should try to fix something that isn't broken.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!! I have NEVER in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and complete disregard for someone. My AC went out yesterday, I called and requested service. I was initially advised that I would be serviced between 1-3 pm, that turned into after 4. After 4 as you can guess turned into never. We called and called and called and kept receiving an answering service that subcontracts them. Kept getting the same information “We will send the information to dispatch”. It is now 8pm, your office is clearly closed. My house is a few degrees short of 100 degrees and your office is now closed without so much as a message informing us that someone couldn’t make it tonight. No NOTHING. This is extremely disappointing and the fact that the owner of this company was sent our information directly multiple times before closing and didn’t even bother to reach out makes it worse. My children have to sleep in 100 degree whether because you couldn’t do something so simple and communicate!!!!!

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
