Best Re Installing in Phoenix AZ

I texted at 6:00am that my conditioner went out and I received a text back that a guy would be there at 9-9:30 am. I had been told by Taps that my motor may not make it through the summer, but it didn’t and I am a happy lady with a new motor and cool house. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem (low Freon), however his promise of pictures and detailed findings were severely lacking. His notes simply say “I was here”, after having told us he’d take picture ans explain how our “ducts were a mess”.

Second time I called them, my AC unit wasn’t working and they immediately came out- after 5pm on a Saturday. All fixed and no up- charges. Walter was great! April 2023.
This was the first time I used Howard Air, as finding a reputable business can be difficult. I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . I highly recommend Howard Air and will continue to use them.

Not sure about the companies audit services but salesmen are too aggressive and rude showing up unannounced without appointments which seems extremely unprofessional.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
