Was there within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the same issue as competitor and said he would be back the next day to perform the repair. I’m a very happy customer.First, I scheduled for a few days ahead of time to make arrangements at work to allow me to be home. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from their office and they cheerfully offered service the next day, a Saturday. Their service tech was on time and very knowledgeable.Second, not only did we take care of the reasons I called, but also set up a schedule for future maintenance and suggested upgrades. These issues had been on my mind and I was glad to get them resolved.If you need AC/Heating work, give Day and Night a call. A very good choice.

I am so grateful for the fantastic service that I received from all employees at ACE - from Marcus in management, Skylar the technician, and Abel and Eddie for installation, everyone's professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch and far exceeded my experience with other companies. My A/C did not go out; rather, I chose to replace my 30+ year old unit in January as a proactive measure, fully expecting it break next summer. I received a same-day appointment offer, and Marcus and Skylar talked with me in my home for an hour and half about pricing, product quality, service, and answered every question I had. They threw in perks to the estimate, and they both kept bringing our conversation back to what my family's needs were for the unit. Pricing was comparable to the quotes that I received from other companies, but ACE won me over with their responsiveness, comprehension service plan, explanations, and politeness (they weren't pushy). Technician Eddie answered all of my questions and was very patient during installation, too. I highly recommend them - give them a call!

I’m the maintenance technician for VASA fitness in Arizona and we had a AC unit go down that is when I gave Ducks inc a call. The technician came out and checked my unit and found the the coil had a leak and that is when they tried everything to get it covered under warranty but we missed that by 7 months. They informed me because no one had this coil sitting on a shelf anywhere in the U.S. that it would be 3 weeks to have it made and shipped overseas. The unit came on time and they installed it right away (I think it was a day or two early) and $150.00 under estimate. That never happens!

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
