Best Preventative Care in Phoenix AZ

My tenant called and said there AC went out. So I contacted Old Republic Warranty and turned in a priority claim since its 115 degrees in Surprise,AZ. This was the beginning of being introduced to Mike from 1st Choice Mechanical. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty to correct our problem. He reached out and made himself available that day. He discover that the compressor was bad. Now this is where things got interesting. The warranty company normally orders the parts which takes 8 to 10 days but because of Mike they allowed him to purchase the parts and fix it right away.
Hats off to both Mike and Old Republic. They worked together to fine the best solution. I highly recommend both for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Dave, with Scottsdale Air & Heating has been servicing our Train Heat Pump for several years and does an excellent job and explanation of the issues if any. Fred and his team are absolutely awesome! Our daughter had used AZ Perfect Comfort to replace her AC and recommended them to us. We got 3 different quotes and out of everyone that came to provide the quote, Fred was the one that provided the most information and spent the most time with us. I got a Technitian named Lenard(I guess that's the way his name write) He was so profesional and taked almost all morning to fing the root of my problem. I apreciate you still have Technitian like him that takes the time to solve the issue.

We recently moved our office into a new location and knew that with an older furnace there may be a few issues, and we wanted to make sure it was safe to use. We called Newman Commercial Refrigeration company and I appreciated the feedback and reassurance they gave after doing inspection.
